I Really enjoyed my stay I will return again

Clean room and nice staff- would definitely recommend

Clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with full size fridge and stove/oven combo. There are plates and cups available and dish detergent too. Close to Disney springs. The bartender was great. There's a deli, shop, and mini golf. Easy to instacart or Ubereats food here. Would stay again.

Only downside was that the property was not gated .

First we were greeted outside it was raining asking us are we sure we are at the right hotel because people get confused with the villas next door after we proceed to tell him yes he’s still talking to us outside in the rain I ask if he could continue inside out the rain. The elevator was broken we had to carry our luggage upstairs without any assistance. If you don’t like cigarettes or smoking this place is not for you. They are allowed to smoke in the seating area next to the bar and gate of the turtle pool. Our second bathroom shower did not work properly they did send two people to look at it. We were told that it takes a while for it to circulate and warm up 20mins each time. Our room was only cleaned once you’re responsible for taking your trash out or you can call. They do not allow deliveries like DoorDash and Uber Eats to leave food in the lobby. You have to meet them outside which is a long walk from the back buildings. They have a mediocre onsite restaurant with over priced food. They advertise that they have Starbucks coffee with a legit sign hanging on the side of the deli. It’s a machine that has store bought Starbucks there is no Starbucks coffee shop. (False). There was an awful smell coming from the kitchen sink which they poured bleach down to resolve. Long story short pay the extra to stay on universal or Disney properties if your visiting the theme parks if your seeking convenience nothing this place.

This is my second stay, and it's still very good

Now that I have landed back home. Let me begin with what my issues are. When I first arrived I got charged $200 for the amenities including parking. Now when I booked the hotel it stated it was included. Plus out of the 6 consecutive years my family has stayed there I was never charged for amenities. Second issue I had was where were the items in our room like broom, vacuum? I had to buy one so I could clean up any mess. Thirdly one of my daughters was bit by a chipmunk and was bleeding. Of course I brought my first aid and treated her. Lastly I noticed the pool was falling apart. Pieces of the pool were coming off. Overall my family and I not happy with our stay at all and thought brought donut on ever returning. I want a refund

It is our favourite and will definitely be returning next year as always!!!!

I really loved my stay here! Nice clean rooms and the office stay was soo nice! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Orlando.
