Everything was great!!!

The staff were so sweet and accommodating to everything checking in and checking out was smooth & the rooms were definitely so well kept. I will say I just had one problem with the room. I love a cold room and unfortunately, I had to sleep in a warm room. Maintenance was called but did didn’t fix anything unfortunately. I did ask for a portable fan at least to sleep through the night, but unfortunately the hotel did not have one, besides that everything else was perfect.

The location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting Universal Orlando and Epic Universe. It was very convenient to get to both parks without spending a lot of time on the road. Overall, this is a great hotel with excellent rooms, a perfect pool, and an unbeatable location for visiting the parks. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is brand new and in pristine condition. It's in a great location new Universal Epic and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast is delicious and fresh. The hotel is an EXCELLENT value, and I look forward to staying here again.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very professional and friendly.

Did not have a good experience. They allow pets- I doubt they clean the rooms well because my asthma was triggered in the room. I’m allergic to dogs and cats. The incidental fee- I was not aware of and I asked can I put it on another card- was told no. Wasn’t asked if I’m a member and I am. Said the incidental fee will be returned quickly and it wasn’t. Went to eat at the restaurant area and was told to move. I wasn’t ready to order but my kids had food from another place. The hotel is new. That’s the only nice thing about it. Employees weren’t really friendly. Random kids knocking on the door at night. No laundry bags or toothbrushes when asked. The sidewalk was flooded and you couldn’t use one side.

Hotel is clean and still smells brand new. Staff was nice and helpful. We will definitely book this hotel again!

I woke up in the middle of the night to find the power out in my room. This was surprising given the hotel is brand‑new and there were no weather conditions that could have caused a grid outage. I overheard on my check in day staff mentioned the circuit breaker had tripped to another guest on the phone, something I didn't think much about until it happened to me. It seems to be an underlying electrical issue as it was not weather related - hallways had light and power. My advice to EVEN - Rooms with known electrical problems should not be assigned to guests. That can be dangerous and frightful for some. Amenities & Location Amenities were great overall. I didn’t use the pool or BBQ grills, but the property is clean and well maintained - very resort stylish for the prices, great bargain. It’s an easy 15–20 minute walk to Epic, and there’s a 7‑Eleven, Walgreens, and Chick‑fil‑A about half a block away for late‑night cravings. One disappointment: there was no complimentary coffee available at 6:00 or even 6:30 AM. Early risers should plan to use the in‑room K‑cup machine.

We enjoyed our stay at the even hotel. Everything was clean which is great at a hotel is such a busy area. This property is minutes from epic and other universal theme parks. I would stay here again on my next visit!
