First time staying at this hotel, the location is very close to restaurants. The AC didn't work during night... had to use my mini portable fan. Housekeeping never showed up to at least to take the trash..we have to parked cross the street from the hotel ( parking fee $24 per night) and is is not a private hotel parking. Breakfast was ok.

Only downside was low water pressure in showers. Did a group trip w/ 2 different floors pressure bad on multiple floors

First impressions was pretty low due to how dirty the outside of the hotel was. Needs a good pressure clean. Inside was very nice and clean though. Rooms and hallways were clean as well. The water pressure in our room was horrible. Beds were decent. The elevators have some kind of syncing problem. We waited over 5 mins for elevator to stop in our floor. It kept going past our floor multiple times. Breakfast was not very good but coffee was better than most hotels. Overall it was a good stay.

Location was good and friendly staff. Could have been better if they vacuumed room effectively.

Hotel is located right across from Icon Park which has a good amount of attractions. There were also restaurants on the other side of the parking lot which was great. Universal Blvd has many other restaurants as well (walking distance for the most part. Housekeeping happens every other day so you may have to request it if needed daily. One thing that was an issue to me were the beds. A little dangerous on the end/at the corners. The mattresses don't come all the way down to prevent you from bumping into that corner of the bed which can be a pain, literally. Cash isn't at the front desk after 11pm if you're looking to make any purchases but they do allow it to be charged to the room which is belpful. Breakfast was good. I am glad that the breakfast meat option wasn't pork but between chicken and turkey sausages. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our, completely problem free. Rooms were a great size, and great location.

Es ideal para familia, muy amplio, lindo, limpio, nuevo, excelente cocina completa bien equipada con todo lo que se necesita, con heladera grande Habitación muy amplia y con rico aroma. Muy cerca de todo, para pasear en ir a shopping En Uber es muy barato y rapidísimo. Excelente HOTEL 👌

Clean and convenient

Staff wasn't welcoming, room had musty pee pee smell.

Would have liked to see some changes in the breakfast.. there was no variation.. maybe waffles making machine, salad, etc

The was a great stay, room was nice and breakfast was good. Though there was one staff member who had an attitude when having encounters with her. Other than that the stay was good.
