Staff great. Room floors very diry. Had bad plugs and lights. Didn't want to complain. had a balcony on gulf side. Everything else wonderful.

The breakfast buffet was awesome as always. We had to leave trash and towels outside our doors as not sure when the cleaning staff comes. No room door message thing in room.

Very nice hotel and perfect location. Disappointed Tiki bar was closed because no one showed up to work

Location Very dated, needs remolding. For the price point Americans are much to lenient. Paper plates and plastic utensils, seriously.

The stay at this hotel was really nice. We had a balcony room that faced the ocean and the view was beautiful. Checking in and out was easy. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they always had plenty of food. The beach was right there so there wasn't much of a walk to it. The pool area was nice. There was a bar outside on the back deck but you never knew when it would be open. There were no hours posted and it closed pretty early. I think i went down at 7pm on a Friday or Saturday night and it was already closed up. I only caught it open one time at about 3pm.

The staff were warm and friendly. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but we were allowed to park and use the facilities until then. The rooms were exceptionally clean! We were beachfront and it was a lovely view! The carpet was a little worn,but not enough to ruin the trip. The cleanliness made up for it.

Meantime 4 more parties came in saying we know we are early....but they were checked in immediately. ALL 4 PARTIES. We were never called so at 4:15 we asked the desk to do something. Yada Yada you have a beach view room....sorry for the 1 hour plus wait. Guess what the 4 parties referred to were our neighbors!!!!!!!!!!! Very very bad service . Never again.

The location was absolutely perfect right on the beach. The staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay !!! We had to leave.....

It was an ok stay. We came after 10 pm and the night guy checked us into the wrong kind of room. Breakfast was ok. Beds were nice. Good for a one night stay

Clean hotel and room. The beds are comfortable, loved the balcony with beach view, staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was quick and easy. Breakfast was good; my only dislike was the sausage patties. They had a strange taste; bacon or a different patty would have been better. The stay was enjoyable overall and I will definitely be returning.
