The property is nice and clean, well maintained the front desk staff was attentive. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in my room sounded like a freight train driving through my room every time it turned on. I didn't get back to the room until just after midnight, so, it didn't make sense to change rooms at that point. I didn't sleep at all and when I walked over to the unit to see if I could figure out why it was making the horrendous noise, the carpet was all wet. I told the front desk upon check out. At least the coffee was good in the morning. The property is decent and I probably would stay there again. But, definitely let the front desk know of any issues as soon as you encounter them.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are big with a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet location, but convenient to medical facilities, shopping and dining.

Clean and comfortable room. I'm a pillow snob so the pillows fell short. Friendly and effective staff. Great hotel for services if you are bringing along your pet but not so good for the fees. It'll cost you $75 a night which is equivalent to fully boarding your dog in most places. Excessive from my viewpoint but again, everything was fine with the hotel and nice walking path for our pup.

Location, was great, clean facility and comfortable stay

The only thing i wish had been better was the breakfast. The options were not great and everything seemed very artificial and unmanaged. There were very little fresh options unless it was an apple or a banana, which were thrown in a basket. In addition, there was the same singular bagel all 3 mornings we went, with no cream cheese. Lastly, there was not a worker cleaning or manning the breakfast area any of the times we were there. Guests were cleaning tables and the "bar" in front of the breakfast foods on their own. The only time we saw a worker was when the trays of food were being changed out - then they retreated to the back area out of sight. For a hotel where people stay for long periods of time, this was disappointing. Had the breakfast been better, this stay would have been 5 stars for us.

I picked this place because I went through every picture of fitness centers in Omaha hotels looking for a Peloton for my wife. (She has a 6 year streak) There were only 3 places I found. She was happy, but she did say the handlebars on the Peloton were striped so she had to lean forward more than she wanted. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of seating during busy time. We will be back because it was the perfect location for visiting my parents.

Clean rooms and helpful staff

Location was great. The pool was wonderful. Unfortunately, the room smelled like dirty, wet dog and my air conditioner did not work the best. I had it on 63 and it stayed well above 70 in the room.

The room was very clean, the amenities were amazing from the stuff they supply in the room to the grill and utensils outside, the washers and dryers ect. The coffee that they have by the front desk was very good. But if you're counting on a good breakfast, it was nothing that even looked appetizing. It all looks like it was cooked in a microwave and thrown on a plate. Most of the stuff, I was wondering why it was even a breakfast item when there are fries with breakfast.... there was a lot of kids running around all over the pool, all four days.We were there, in the hot tub completely unattended... so that was kind of a bummer, as a family staying there for 3 nights. It would have been nice to relax one of those days. The staff was really nice. It would have been nice if we had things left outside.Our door that we could replenish as well.Because we had a dog.So we didn't get any service.The entire weekend.

The Fitness Center and pool were great! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was on point! Don’t have anything bad to say about it. Had a great stay
