The hotel is terribly run down and in poor condition. The rooms are old and out of date. Not very clean at all. The pool was not working. The back exit door was not working correctly. The sign said it was under repair. The public toilet was loose and rocking badly enough where the water leak when flushed. The elevator was dirty and smelled badly. The public toilet did not have hand soap and was very dirty. When I pulled up to check in I should have requested a refund right then. The outside was not kept up all. Looks run dun. We stay at a lot of IHG properties and this was the worst experience we have had. We are normally happy with IHG hotels. This has me wondering whether I will continue with IHG hotels? Sincerely Charles Chambers

Friendly and great service

This hotel is old and needs restoration. Insects in the rooms. Breakfast was semi warm and not refilled very fast.

There were several spots on the walls in the bathroom that looked like water damage. The pool area was out of towels. There was hardly any breakfast when we got there at 8am, which is supposed to go til 930am. When asked if they were refilling the pancake mix or biscuits and gravy, they said no. Not many options for breakfast other than eggs, bakery items, sausage, and cereal. The outside door by the stairs right to our room didn't have the fob to be able to open the door. People were propping that door open for random people to come in and out also.

Room phone didn’t work, getting linens for our pull out couch was almost impossible, the morning of our departure (we only stayed one night) we noticed ants all over the wall by the desk and crawling on the desk, pool was ice cold, the shower head sprayed in about 80 different directions, and the people directly above us seems to be running laps in their room until about midnight. Dove amenities are nice per usual in a holiday inn, and we don’t normally expect much for the price but this was by far the worst stay anywhere I’ve ever had.

The downside was that the hotel wasn't well maintained. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom, the doorknob to the bathroom was loose and had to be held just so to lock it, the faucet in the bathroom had a constant very low flow and the knob was also loose. You could see that there had been water damage to the ceilings and the patch jobs were shoddy. We stayed only one night (which was planned), but our friends stayed 6 days and the staff didn't come to change out dirty towels or empty trash cans until they were asked 4 days in. The sheet for the pull out couch looked like it had been run over with a cart wheel. I asked for an extra blanket and they gave me the duvet cover with no comforter inside. The room was dust free and the air conditioning worked well.

This was not the best experience. I would recommend finding another hotel. The first room we were given, the shower curtain rod was torn off the wall. They gave us a different room & the air conditioner was broken and the room was 82 degrees and would not cool down. Finally the third room was cool & amenities were as they should be. Our key cards “reset” every day, which was frustrating to have to go back to the desk & get it re keyed after every day out & about exploring & visiting family. The staff at the counter acted annoyed when we brought the key card back saying we had magnets, but we did not carry it on a phone or near magnets, so I don’t know what was going on there. The housekeeper only gave new towels 2 of our 4 days there. We did not use the pool because it did not look the best, but it did smell of chlorine so it would have probably been fine. The breakfast was good & the parking was fine. We will be finding another hotel on our next visit to Nebraska.

all in all everything was good, what was most annoying was how loud the cleaning staff were in the morning in the hallway while cleaning other rooms. and the noise started at 8 am. even if i had a do not disturb sign on my door.
-
Clean room but dated, drain in sink broke, black mold on ceiling in bathroom. WiFi is very slow when you can connect then comes and goes. Coffee pots broke down, juice machine broke down.
-
Staff in breakfast bar were hard working and helpful.
-
We stayed 3 nights and during the whole time our room was not serviced. The room had ants in it.
-
location, quiet, clean
-
breakfast was up too usual standard. not bad though
-
Trash over flowing, pool was not able to be used, out of half the breakfast items
-
Excellent stay at an excellent property.
-
Good value. Decent breakfast.

When I questioned why I was being charged at all for a room in this condition, I was told that if I chose to “tough it out,” they would offer a 30% discount for my stay. I was shocked that this was even presented as an option. No guest should be expected to endure an unsafe and unsanitary room in exchange for a partial discount. Because the room was not fit for occupancy, I had no choice but to check out immediately and secure lodging elsewhere at my own expense. Being charged over $250 for a night in a room with these conditions is unacceptable. A hotel should provide a clean, functional, and safe environment. This property failed on all of those basic expectations. Until they address their maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues, I cannot recommend staying here.

Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great and they seem to have an insect problem.

Hotel room was nice and clean and they had comfortable beds and pillows. Did not try breakfast as had to leave early in the morning for an appointment that I had.
