This is a gross hotel, and the pictures don't accurately describe it at all.

Room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, the pictures of the property online are not at all an accurate description of the actual hotel. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The bathroom door would not close and there was mold and filth in the shower and bathroom. Gross! The room was old and run down.

The place was affordable, clean, and the beds were comfy. The place does need a bit of help. The fridge and sink were splattered with paint. The water in the shower does not drain while showering until the water is turned off.

Kinda dingy

BEWARE! We had stayed here years ago & didn’t have issues. However now this place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. When we arrived, we immediately noticed how rundown & unkept the entire property was. On our way to our room (4th floor) we noticed multiple areas of water damage & that the entire hallway carpet was bubbled & damaged. The hallway reeked of marijuana. The pool area was littered with dead cicadas, multiple bugs IN the pool as well. Then our room — run down to say the least, poor housekeeping & (the least of our worries) poor water pressure…but we decided to “tough it out” as it was “just a place to sleep”. The next day we left for the zoo + other activities…when we returned that afternoon we noticed a wet spot on the floor — our ceiling had been leaking (maybe the reason for no water pressure?). Called the front desk & she asked us to switch rooms…fine, we packed up & moved…but the next room was even worse. The bathtub had been painted & the paint was chipping. Hole in bathroom wall. Carpet damaged in multiple spots. Strange stain on the floor that looked like blood (or something dark), with a lighter stain around it like they tried to bleach/clean it but failed. We tried to ignore it & go to bed because we were exhausted…but as we were about to get in bed a COCKROACH crawled out from behind the headboard. I was HORRIFIED. We immediately packed up & left at 10:30pm — for a 3+ hour drive home with a toddler. Please save your family the headache & disgust. Book elsewhere.

The rooms are not well maintained. The bathtub was discolored, yellow stains and the toilet paper holder was broken. Baseboards were damaged with mold on them. Towels had yellow stains as well. It was not a pleasant experience for $87 a night, this felt more like an hourly motel.

The sign at the front desk says it’s a non-smoking hotel 100%. It is not.

Staff was amazing... Room could of been in a little better shape drywall damage by hot tub in the room. ..no heat or regular lights above. They where burnt out. Others Wise I enjoyed my stay and will stay again when need a special night out ..

Parking was open lot. The lobby was welcoming, no one at the counter for about 5 min. We flagged down a maintenance worker to call someone. In room beds were made nice and neat cleaning stuff was great. Had a problem with our TV. It took him nine hours to get back to us. The air conditioning sounded like a washing machine for the two days that we were there.. will not be returning there

The rooms were nasty dirty there were stains all over everything the bathtub was chipped and peeling the ceiling was falling in at places and had water damage everywhere there were light fixtures that water was dripping out of this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and the staff did not care at all there were prostitutes in the lobby

Better maintain. Mold in bathroom, sink clogged, shower head leaking

The motel was very dirty, stinks, very sketchy. We did not feel safe. they did not give us the correct rooms we reserved so we had to cancel our 2nd night. We reserved for 10 people and gave us 2 king beds.

In my room the shower had not been cleaned. The bedding had holes in it and it was very outdated compared to what photos on line showed

I am hoping that this hotel is under renovations, but I highly doubt it. The lobby is very nice and the price was reasonable. However, once we got to our floor the hallway smelled terrible. We talked into our room and it smelled like dirty animals. The room did not feel warm and welcoming. One wall had a hole in it that was covered by clear packing tape.

The place was smelly, outdated, toilet leaking. There were no towels in room. We have to go to front desk to ask for towels. Good luck!

The bathroom was a little out dated

The appearance in our room was very poor. The wall had peeling paint and water stains. The floor was red stained. The bathtub ceramic was peeling off in the tub. The lower bed covering was not clean!
