The property was fine but I don’t think I would book it again. The amenities seem worth the price tag for the room when you’re looking at the picture but in person it’s very different. The pool has been paved over for this outside patio area. When we went to visit it was just a quiet stifling hot garage type area. Nothing was set out or inviting, no fireplaces on the tables going like I had seen in the pictures. It looked so abandoned we really thought maybe it was still under construction or something. When we checked in the front desk person even asked us “why would we pick here of all places? Dallas is way better than this place”. Not the best start to what is supposed to be vacation lol We tried to redeem the night with some drinks at the bar but the bar was dead and we waited about 5-10 minutes for the bartender to come back. Turns out the bar was out of vodka and their entire menu, minus the daiquiri we bought, is comprised of drinks with vodka. For $12 it was a very disappointing drink that tasted more like fruit punch than anything. Needless to say this was not the upscale hotel experience I was expecting…the beds were not very comfortable either and we both woke up sore. Highlight of the stay was the breakfast! Everything was cooked fresh no powdered eggs. It was delicious. Everything else was a miss. The lobby is decorated nicely maybe they should add some ambient music to make the “hang out” areas more inviting??

Always nice and wonderful entrance and has a good wonderful scent when you walk into the hotel and room. Very clean no issues. People at the desk are always polite and professional.

Everything was great, the property was clean and staff were very helpful
-
Very very clean and updated with a modern vibe. I knew there was no pool when I booked but that would have been nice. We did use the patio for playing shuffle board and pool. We did enjoy the bar as well. The breakfast was a good selection and we found something for both of us.

the hotel was nice and felt secure. only reason i would rate it 3 stars is because we asked for our room to be cleaned multiple times and it never was, the staff always said they would send someone, but never did. we also had a problem with the door of our room not locking properly from the outside and the lights in our room didn’t work. we let front ask know and they quickly switched us to a different room. rooms did not come with hand soap which was inconvenient.

Very nice hotel. Railroaders stay here too.

It was okay. Won’t prob stay again there

I did not request an ADA room but was sent to one; had to go back down and get assigned to a different room. There was no hand soap in the room so another trip back to the front desk. Good complementary breakfast with seasoned scrambled eggs and honey-charred polish sausage. Friendly and courteous staff.

The Winslow was a reasonably priced place to stay. The room was clean but slightly dated compared to the atmosphere of design in the lobby. Breakfast was good, fresh and thorough. Staff interactions were good, the desk staff was pleasant and our stay went well. ONLY CON - difficulty to arrive at the location - currently, 8/2026 the exit is closed and GPS struggled to locate the hotel.

The staff! The rooms were nice and clean and the overall stay was great. But the employees made it memorable. Absolutely nothing. It was great
