Overall good

We had a very good stay overall. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The room was generally clean, although housekeeping could be a little more thorough in some areas. Nothing major. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. It was perfect for a one-night stay. The only feature I missed was a kitchen. If we return for a longer visit, having a kitchen would be a wonderful addition because we don't always prefer eating out.

Elevator needs repairs

The staff were very nice and helpful, Hotel overall was perfect! The only downfall is the elevator that takes a little long to get to the floors, but shouldn’t be a problem because there’s stairs there that are accessible.

Everything was up to my standards. The staff was very nice and informative. The room was spacious and clean. I will be back

There was a homeless shelter next door, over ten people hanging outside of it all day. My view was not of the ocean but of the homeless people. There was mold on the porch and water was leaking down from the above floor.

Very good
-
I like that it was close to the boardwalk the location, even though it was next to a homeless center in the church and there were tons of people out there all day and all night it was my grandbaby was with us. We didn’t approve of that. Everything‘s old dirty the bedspread are dirty sheets, dirty, and just wear and tear just getting old

Our stay at the hotel was decent. It served its purpose. Some staff members were more helpful than others. Upon the first night, there were no blankets supplied for the sofa bed in the room, and ended up having to use a beach towel to try and stay warm. In the morning and throughout the day, we had to ask 3 different times before a blanket was given to us. Then the nozzle on our shower kept popping off, and when staff was first notified it happened, it took awhile for them to attempt to fix it. They were very kind and friendly, but it seemed to take longer than necessary to figure out a fix. And even so, it kept popping off throughout the whole stay and definitely needed a stronger repair. The elevator is extremely slow, so if you’re not handicap, you’ll definitely get to where you need to go quicker by using the stairs. The parking is pretty horrendous. If you have anything bigger than a small car, be warned!!! The spaces are small, close and tight. And one of the lots is 2 blocks away, so be prepared to walk. The rooftop bar is also not fully stocked. It’s only beer, seltzers, etc. No hard liquor. The indoor pool is tiny. Overall, our stay was ok. Like I said, it served its purpose of providing us a place to be that was pretty clean and kept us cool and dry, and safe during a tornado warning, but we most likely won’t be back.

Not one complaint

The pools were good and relaxing, location was good, hot tub was good, No accountability, house keeping failed her job, they know what rooms are stay overs, and you would think that they would check and clean rooms daily regardless unless the customer or clients request otherwise, staff didn't meet requests, pill was taken out of my room, car got dinged in their parking lot,bad business practices

Very friendly staff , probably its the time for renovation of like the bathrooms , the room is great maintained .

The beds were horrendous. It was like sleeping on a plushy concrete slab. The pillows were not all that great either. AC was good, and location was good. But I didnt like that it was near the church and the bells were loud. The pool at the rooftop was okay. It only goes to 3ft, which sucks. And the water was sort of warm, the floor was sandy. So they need to clean it more often. The pool “bar” was so dead. There was nothing good there. And they don’t take cards. They charge your room, which is silly. All in all, I would recommend as an affordable option. But I wouldn’t go back.
