They demand a $100 cash deposit to let you into your room and will tell you to go to the ATM several blocks away in DT Oakland to get cash. The lady's English was extremely poor but good enough to come across as extremely rude about the situation. I came with several bags so this was not an option and had to go somewhere else.

She had issues with me - reminded her of someone she had a bad experience with... very difficult! I felt bad for her but I am not her past experience! It was late and she canceled- she insisted that if I am to have guest that she needs to know in advance... it was discrimination! I booked a room and got BS judgement! Very inconvenient... sad situation Hope she figures out what works for her. Booking.com ? I called customer service ? My trip became a costly trip and nowhere to stay! Disturbing

This is a very standard motel, not the best location, but the important thing that it is near the BART station just minutes away. So if you’re going to San Francisco, it’s a good location to stay.

The location is questionable, and they requested a $100 cash deposit before conducting check in Additionally, they were unable to accept a card as a form of payment.

This motel is across the street from Laney College, near BART and walking distance to downtown Oakland, Chinatown and other central locations. The immediate area is safe. My room was clean and the cable television has a few interesting channels. There is a $100 cash deposit required.

I did not stay there the staff are rude disrespectful and will waste your time be discramaive and rude. I did not like any of the things about this hotel . I’ve stayed there before the rooms are clean and tidy and nice but the prices are not worth the value and there over charging people and ripping off customers and not being honest and being nice and respectful. Not a good choice. ?I will never mess with them again.
