Very outdated, poor cleaning quality and atmosphere a bit questionable. Cops were called the 2nd night due to some guest. Would not recommend staying here. Also they charge for everything. Nothing is included. Look for a better place the rating on this place do not match so be warned.

Elevators took a long time and seemed to be broken most of the time we were there. We were told we could not use stairs unless there was an emergency. Hot tub was shut down and pool closes early. Overall the hotel seemed nicer on the online photos.

Hot tub was not working and also only one elevator was working at the time of the stay

Stay was just ok. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. And than my son who has autism didn't like the pattern on the carpet and cried alot. Didn't say anything because how can you fix that. Just wish the room would have been better having a toddler. Found some sewing needles on the carpet too. Won't stay there again. Couldn't use the hot tub either and breakfast cost way too much. Also smelled like weed bad. Charge you $3 for a bottle of water. Never again.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Only had one tv in a two room suite.

For my 1st 2 days the elevator wasn’t working . Only one was working so it took forever to get downstairs . Ice machine on my floor and 3 wasn’t working. Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking . For a Hilton hotel I expected better but the bed was comfortable . Ac unit need more or bigger because it didn’t circulate well

We used the pantry for food and drinks nightly dining room for breakfast bar to play slots and have drinks our one bedroom suite is a seperated room to living area parking was easy We didnt even get to the pool or gym location supreme for shopping and restaurants close to downtown
-
Everything was okay. We liked the breakfast as it had many options so everyone can eat.
-
Rooms a little outdated/dingy. Key card stopped working and had to get a new one. Staff was great! The lobby/communal areas were very nice.

There were only 3 sets of towels and we had to ask for 2 more since there were 5 of us that we specified upon booking. When we booked, we chose the with breakfast choice but were not given vouchers for the breakfast by the check in counter. So the next day while we lined up for breakfast we were given choices between a buffet for 20$ or a 12$ menu breakfast. When we told that we paid for breakfast during our reservation, the lady told us to ask the checkin counter for our vouchers. This should have been given to us upon check in. On a positive note, we liked the pillows and there was enough room for parking which only cost 8$.

Thank you so much.

They gave away our paid for room. Leaving us with a room that didn’t have enough beds. The pull out couch was broken as well. They were of no help and didn’t seem to care. The manager never contacted us back.
-
Friendly staff Rooms are extremely outdated and had a smell to them. Rooms looked like they were build in the early 90s and never updated sense. For a Hilton branded hotel; you would expect much more.
-
Hotel needs upgrades. Our rooms had stains on the furniture and walls, fold out mattress bed.
-
Clean and spacious room. Very comfy bed. Everything was great, and at a good price.
-
Breakfast was okay not so well.

The hot tub was unfortunately closed, and the pool closed at 8 PM. Had I known, I might have chosen a different hotel. I had specifically booked this accommodation for the pool and hot tub, but upon my arrival, the hot tub was out of order, and the pool's early closing time was unexpected. I believe most guests would prefer not to swim at 6 in the morning.
