Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. Nothing.

Staff are great! Attentive, friendly, professional and quick-acting staff at the front desk and the breakfast room. Thank you to all! Free bottles of water are very nice. Room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed talking to the man at the front desk who has lived in the Netherlands. :) Location is very handy, too. Everything was fine.

Staff and staff culture My room on the first of two nights had poor air-conditioning. I was upgraded for the 2nd night to an excellent room which I loved!

This was one of our best stay in our Germany trip. Property location, staff everything was great. I really hope i can return again someday to Nuremberg and stay here again.

The hotel is right in a prime location the rooms are very nice and the aircon is fantastic we had a fabulous breakfast the staff are very pleasant and have a great knowledge of the city and old town we would definitely stay again I know we were In Germany but the tv could do with a lot more choices the English subtitles didn’t work But I guess that’s what you expect when you are visiting another country

Great location. If you travel with older people or children, it’s easy to drop them in front of the hotel (together with all your luggage). Main attraction points are within walking distance. Staff is very friendly, speaking several languages. Parking is 100 mt away. Great choice! Everything was great.

Awesome stay! Great location, parking, facilities and staff. If I ever come back to Nuremberg , no doubt I will be staying there.

Friendly staff, were able to put luggage on hold while we explored and before our room was ready, very convenient to be he train station, great breakfast, had an elevator, signs were in English, obviously the staff was trained to be team players. No issues at all
