Candlewood Suites North Platte by IHG

Upon arriving at room. The soaps had not been relished, very towels, and one roll of violet paper for a three day stay. The breakfast was not good. I have had better breakfast in cheaper hotels. A little disappointed thought paying more would get a better breakfast.

Was confused that it was branded as two different hotel chains, was even asked which hotel I was checking in to at the front desk. The building has both Cobblestone and Avid hotel names on it. Ive seen this with car rental agencies but never a hotel.

The place was spotless. The pillows are great - really makes a difference. Nothing.

Very clean and nice property. The free laundry was a plus. Very nice and spacious rooms!

Very new nice building but they are not keeping up with the cleaning Everything was dirty , not wiped clean at all. Floors are sticky .. tables.. counters .. toliets and sinks had rings from not being cleaned regularly needs a serious deep cleaning!!! Then kept up after that We had a suite and it was nice! But just so dirty! Our baby was covered in random hairs.

Several things were not operating correctly such as the air and television

Then after the letting the front desk know about it. It took almost 2 hours to get my room changed.

Spacious modern room. Friendly staff and great location.

Nice place.

Really comfortable beds, excellent service at check-in. But the room’s kitchen was not well equipped for cooking. Great new pots, but only 2 sets of utensils and dishes; no dish towel, sponge, or soap. 4 sheets of paper towel. Just not set up for a family meal. The room was also surprisingly unsoundproof. And housekeeping kept opening the room’s door in the morning despite the Do Not Disturb sign. All in all good, but could be better.
