Only 1eye on the stove worked saw a bunch of spiders inside

Bed Bugs!!! Walked into a room with a portable AC unit with the hose out of the window. Was bitten on foot and hand of what I now know was bedbugs because they came home with me. Been over a month now and I am not sure I have got rid of them all. No parking!!! Guest seem more like tenants.

This place was absolutely horrible. Staff was lazy.they were more interested in eating there dinner than checking in customers.pool looked nice. Got a room with a small kitchen,but no plates, o,no cooking racks in the oven. Stay away

They should have let us know that we were supposed to leave at 10 because my reservation was at 11

It was business friendly and the staff were amazingly friendly

Loved the kitchen and pool, made it super kid friendly! The room was great also and was clean!

Room was very nice and updated Staff was very rude, there was 11 parking spots and the then you had to park on the side of the building, in the Alley. It was very narrow to park and get out

Close to beach

No walkway room. Loud music blasting through my room from the floor below. Many other issues

Very basic motel type place Room wasn’t clean

And full size refrigerators were great

It was cozy and quiet Location not accessible to beach or less fishing unless you drive to nags head for all the entertainment but the room could’ve been better for the price. I’ll give it a two out of a five star.

Staff were nice to us.We had no hot water for first night they fixed it next day.. Still had no water pressure to shower.It was older motel that was clean..For the money it was worth it.

Can’t check in because the main office was close. Got there at 8PM come to front office no sign off light, try to open the door “ door was lock”. Call the phone number on the paper stick in the door no one answer. So I lift the property. So I would like to have my money back.

Hotel room was great and freshly remodeled, the pool was mediocre- definitely could use a remodel but i would stay here again!!!

Full kitchen was useful to cook meals so I didn’t have to eat out much. Wish there was a jacuzzi on property. Initially, I was concerned about the area the hotel is located. Since reservation was non-changeable and non-refundable, I stayed. I stayed 21 nights plus 2 more when we needed to extend our stay. Additional 2 nights were more expensive than the fair cost value for the place but I spent the $ for convenience. I was surprised when manager would not agree to a discount of the higher additional 2 nights cost to stay. After staying 21 days, one would think if there aren’t any local events and motel is not sold out, the manager would offer discount for the 2 additional nights, especially when the motel room rate for 2 more nights was much higher than actual value of the room and property.
