Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Marco Polo Beach Resort

We stayed on the 1st floor and the smell of marijuana didn't leave the floor for the length of our stay. Everything else was ok.

Its at terrible conditions I booked for 3 nights with kids and after 1 night we moved altogether a proper hotel

When we reached our room, it turned out to be a city view room with one king bed and a sofa. When we returned to the reception area, the lady at the desk was extremely rude and aggressive, saying, "That's what you reserved, not me. I didn't do your reservation." We showed her our reservation confirmation from Expedia, which clearly stated that the room should be a partial ocean view with 2 queen beds. However, she still refused to give us the room we had reserved. Instead, she offered us a room with 2 queen beds but with a city view. Please note that the pictures on Expedia do not accurately represent what you will receive. Be prepared for a very rude and unhelpful staff before booking this hotel.

Its an older Hotel but i love it. Its peaceful. Pool is warm and the beach is awesome. Diana from the pool bar was kind and helpful. Food is also great, ohh basement pizzeria great and convenient. Only complaint is that i notify front desk about microwave and Fridge was not working nothing got done. View was stunning.

Excellent service

It was a bit difficult with the valet parking as it can take some time to retrieve the vehicles. Staff were accommodating though. Was not able to enjoy the beach as we arrived late and left early. The hotel is quite a distance from ports and airports so may not be the best option if going to either sea port or airport.

The convenience of being right across from the beach. The lobby had a terrible sewage smell. I’m pregnant, and every time I had to walk through the lobby, the smell made me feel sick. There was also an extremely long wait to bring the car around from the valet. I had to either stay inside for about 40 minutes breathing in that horrible smell or stand outside the hotel in the heat waiting for my car.

My husband and I love staying there. We plan several weekend get-a-ways to this hotel at least 4 times a year. The ocean views and balconies are amazing. Highly recommend.

The beach staff is really rude. The fact that you have to pay so much for a basic chair and umbrella is ridiculous. The pool area was under construction. The hotel was very dated and smelled terrible. The room was okay but the bathtub was clogged. Price was good though.

The staff and pool were great. The pool had some partial construction so it was an eyesore, but the parts that were available was very comfortable. The pool car was cool, too.
