We had not one but two fire alarms during the late evening, with no information available during or after either event - just an "all clear" from the fire department.

Not a single thing. Although the desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic to the fact that there were visible crawling bed bugs. She moved us and attempted to do a refund. Everything. The place was filthy and had bed bugs on the entire 2nd floor. This hotel needs to be condemned. To make matters worse, the fire alarm kept going off from other residents negligence in cooking within there rooms. Fire dept was called at least 3 times. No one was attending for clean towels or toilet paper. Good thing Walmart was just up the block. Just horrible, highly recommend to avoid at all costs.

Cockroaches in my first room i booked and i asked for another room. Also had some cockroaches. Disgusting

the hall smell like weed, tv didn't work properly and the kitchen was really clean I was extremly uncomforatble

It was absolutely awful! We gave stayed here multiple times , this has been by far the worst

Roaches all over the place and the whole building smells like an ashtray.

There was roaches of different varietes and sizes and it is hard to get through traffic

There was roaches in the room, the box spring and bedskirt was dirty and had a large brown stain. :-(
