Breakfast was good Rooms could use an update
-
They were obviously short staffed. Those we interacted with were friendly and clearly working hard to do their best. They tried to remedy issues and were quick to offer a complementary toothbrush when we mentioned we needed to get one. Parking was great - plenty and close. Fire alarms went off several times- guest burned food. It would be helpful to have a system to notify of false alrams. Breakfast - Hot scrambled eggs and sausage, Waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast. Happy with choices. The first morning (weekend) it was mobbed and not kept up with restocking and cleanliness. Our shoes were sticking to the floor in the breakfast area. The woman running the front desk was also trying to keep up with the breakfast needs. Monday morning was better, and they appeared to have more staff. I would not return to this hotel in the future.

The fire alarm went off 3x at night and early morning. The first room we were given, had hair on the bathroom floor, food on the carpet and garbage from wrappers, a Tylenol wrapper and food wrapper. We asked for a new room.

I WILL NEVER STAY IN LAQUINTA AGAIN IN MY LIFE, ESPECIALLY IN NIAGARA FALLS, THEY NEVER VACUUM, DO NOT CHANGE THE BED SHEETS, TOWELS WERE DIRTY, USED, DIRT EVERYWHERE. THIS SHOULD BE AN ANIMAL SHELTER AND NOT A PLACE FOR HUMAN TO STAY. STINGY PEOPLE, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE OF EVERYTHING AT BREAKFAST. COFFEE WAS OF CHEAP QUALITY, I WOULD CALL IT BOILED WATER Dr. AQ

Enough Breakfast was not supplied for the amount of guests. Pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. I used my bacterial wipes to clean the bathroom. Walls had toothpaste splatter. I also washed the walls around the toilet. They were filthy. The room otherwise was fine I suppose. Evening front desk lady was lovely.

2 . The staff greets you with a smile , very friendly and helpful. 3 . The ADA compliant bathroom is not really a handicap bathroom. They have a bathtub with grab bars. Not a walking shower. 4 . AT CHECK IN I WAS ASKED TO SIGN A ABSURD, RIDICULOUS, UNLAWFUL CLAUSE. ABSOLUTELY THE HOTEL OF ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR WELL, BEING IN THE EVENT OF ANY INJURY OR BODILY HARM TO YOU OR YOUR FAMILY REGARDLESS WHETHER IT'S YOUR FAULT OR NOT. I WOULD HAVE REFUSED IF NOT FOR THE HOUR. WE WERE ALL TIRED.

The room was clean.. disappointed the pool was closed the entire stay. Promises of it being opened.. but didnt happen, not during our week stay.

Disgustingly filthy hotel would never stay there made a reservation didn’t get my money back and left. Would rather drive six more hours and stay in a filthy place like that.

It was a horrible experience to plug in the bathroom didn’t work. People were banging around half the night. The fire alarm went off and the stock wouldn’t do anything about it. My door did not work very well and I ended up injured. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a very, very long time. I would not recommend it for anyone. I give it if I could give a zero stars I would.

La piscina estaba muy sucia, el agua estaba muy turbia, se notaba que tenía muchos días que no la limpiaba o hacían mantenimiento tenía muy mal olor

I liked that the hotel offers free parking and Wi-Fi. However, the hotel was very dirty and had a bad smell. The rooms were also not clean. The waffle makers at breakfast were broken, which was disappointing. The hotel’s pictures show a jacuzzi, but there is actually no jacuzzi available. The pool water was also very dirty and cloudy. Overall, while the free parking and Wi-Fi were convenient, the cleanliness and facilities need significant improvement.

I didn’t like much. Very dirty everywhere from the lobby to the dining area to the room itself. Broken chairs, bricks for pillows, the toilet paper holder busted from the wall. Pool wasn’t open and the breakfast was a scrounge fight for the food. But it was close enough to Niagara Falls like we wanted, but next time I’d go to the other hotel next door.

3 people stayed, our door to the room didn’t close, had to lift it up to have it close completely. The bathroom in particular was dirty, there was dark smears on the dispensers, smears on the door, electrical outlet didn’t work and was disconnected from the wall(fire hazard). Drapes at the window were torn on both sides. I have been staying at LaQuinta for many years and always enjoyed a clean environment but the two I stayed at in NY have been substandard in the room cleanliness. I won’t be booking again.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. Our room was ready when we arrived, clean, and a nice size. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, and the kids especially loved the waffles! 🧇 They also really enjoyed the pool. We brought our two dogs with us and paid a $25 pet fee, which I felt was very reasonable. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of space around the hotel to walk the dogs. Housekeeping was very attentive despite not entering our room because of the dogs, which we completely understood and expected. The hotel was generally very quiet, with only the occasional bark from another dog—which was actually impressive considering how many dogs seemed to be staying there! 🐶 One thing worth mentioning is that this is a 100% smoke-free hotel with very sensitive smoke detectors. Unfortunately, the alarms went off on two of our three nights because someone decided to smoke in their room. Fortunately, we did not have to evacuate, and the alarms were shut off quickly. I don’t hold this against the hotel at all, as it was caused by someone disregarding the no-smoking policy. I’m actually glad the detectors are so sensitive. Overall, I am very glad I chose this hotel for our Niagara Falls trip. It was conveniently located near the Falls, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the hotel was welcoming to our entire family.
