Convenience for parking and access to the falls was great Shower water was not very hot. Seemed hotter at the sink. I paid up for a corner room and we got it but it was on 3rs floor above the mechanical equipment.

I stayed for one night on June 25th, and the next morning I discovered heavy stains on the mattress, very discussing. There was also leftover dog food near the clothes hangers that hadn't been cleaned up. I was very disappointed with the hotel's cleanliness.

The hotel was nice but the city parking garage across the street that you parked at for this hotel was horrible. Elevator door would not open up on the third floor. I was luckily able to get off the elevator without being stuck.

Beds comfy, liked 2 queens and sofabed. Good size room. location perfect, close to Niagara Park and Falls and eateries . Safe area. Check in and out easy. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

Convenient location The building looks new in the outside but inside it is dirty and broken. Management is not taking good care of this facility. I never expected to see a Hyatt this dirty and run down. Needs A LOT OF MAINTENANCE. Also customer service was poor.

Very happy with everything at this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating! The room was very nice and clean! The location was excellent! I would highly recommend staying there.
