Booking states they have a smart TV, but when we tried to connect our phone to stream a service the staff said most people don’t have any luck with getting it to work.

Front desk service was very helpful. Room and facilites were very clean; bed was comfy. Easy parking and all at a reasonable price.

No one to help with luggage. Servicing of rooms was done very late in the afternoons. The building is quite. “ tired.”

No free continental breakfast.

the location was great, there is a grocery store just 3 mins away, we stayed for 3 days, three things really bothered me. the housekeeping has a lot of room to improve... they missed out our room on our first day, and our bathroom was not clean during our stay, the shower room leaks water into the toilet area - imagine you have to step on water when using the toilet. hotel offers starbuck coffee only with a fee, which is fine as long as you don't mind starbuck, but it would be very thoughtful if the hotel tells us where to get decent coffee and simple breakfast.

Proximate to all the locations I traveled to in the Boston area. Loved the restaurant inside the hotel, I ate three dinners there and every meal was delicious. The hotel staff is lovely, this was my 4th stay at this location Had to change rooms because the bottom floor rooms were a bit musty

The personnel at both the checkin and checkout were very pleasant and helpful. The young man at the checkin was even able to answer questions about the restaurant menu in regard to glutin-free options. Also, the pool water was pleasantly warm. That is not always the case with hotel pools.

The table in the room was too narrow to do the computer work I planned to do in my free time. Otherwise , the stay was pleasant and it served its purpose.

Close to airport. On the river…3 minute walking distance to kayak/canoe/paddleboard rentals. Did I mention how great the beds are?!!

The hotel is dated, bedsheets and towels had holes in them. The pool was as usable but cloudy and dispite staff assuring us they oukd arrange the refund they did not.
