Paws on Pelham

What a great place to stay. Room was exceptional with a lovely innkeeper! Close to downtown Newport. Highly recommend!

Very clean place. Breakfast was really good.

Paws on Pelham is a very well maintained Inn. The Breakfast every day was very good. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The Inn is in a great location within walking distance to the Wharf also. The only draw back is parking is about a block away. We had to make several trips to unload and then load our car upon arrival and departure. We had a very nice stay overall and our dog loved it too.

Parking is at the Elks Lodge just up the street, but it's no more than a 1 min walk. We hope to come back again, with our dog next time!

Overall the place is very nice but walls are very thin and could hear upstairs guests walking around all night from 3am to 10am so hard to sleep.

What a great place to stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and adorably decorated. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was incredibly helpful! Easy walk to the downtown and wonderful deck to sit and enjoy a book!

only downside was that we had no hot water for the entire weekend. i can only assume there was an issue but we were not informed. we gave it a day before reaching out to ask. i will say the property manager jackie, didn't seem overly concerned. we were offered a free night during the winter which isn't really helpful at all. Not to be a Karen but paying over 700 a night, one should expect hot water for showering etc. Not to mention after checking out while leaving, i over heard jackie and the team talking about our complaint of no hot water as though we were in the wrong for complaining or expecting it. too bad it soured an otherwise pleasant and enjoyable stay. a small reimbursement to show understanding of accommodations not working properly goes a lot further than a free night in the winter at a summer vacation spot. Worse things can happen but unfortunate ending to the weekend trip.

Fatima was so kind and answered our questions when we had them. Super friendly staff, super relaxing stay when our pup wanted a break from downtown. I will absolutely be coming back!

Great stay!! We would definitely come back! My only note is more of just a watch out for future guests. We had the bottom floor right room and it’s pretty noisy when there’s guests staying above or early when breakfast is being started.

Such a wonderful place! It was located close to everything we wanted to see in Newport and was a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. Upon our arrival, check-in was super easy and we got some recommendations for the area. The room was clean and very cute. The free grab-and-go breakfast was reliable, and it was great to get coffee during any time of the day. The 'ruff' top deck was well-maintained and a great place to gather. Very kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Really great, clean inn. New finishes. I love the dog theme. My dog also loved the stay. Would be great with or without bringing your dog!
