Great convenient place to stay

The

Toilet was clogged and no one ever came to fix it. My daughter had to keep going to the lobby to use the restroom. Receptionist denied my refund because she stated that she gave me free parking.

Comfortable bed

The staff was very welcoming upon check-in. After the long day I had, I was in need of a cup of coffee and the ladies made me the most comforting cup of Starbucks I've ever had. As a plus, the shuttle runs 24/7, every 30 min and I was able to schedule my pick up to arrive at the airport on time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this location to all!

Only thing missing here is in-room safe, everything else is satisfactory.

I didn't like having to pay to park and then not having a place to park. The buffet wasn't included.

No water No handwash in room Normal bathroom Shower pressure is soo low

Better options for coffee in room would be nice, but enjoyed my stay

Convenient to and from airport

This was a very nice hotel. It was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle to the airport. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Nothing Can’t leave without a car/uber. Two lane BUSY highway on one side and a prison on the other side. It should NOT have been built this way with no walking access or access to a bus stop! Also, since they know you can leave for a meal they gouge you for snacks. Over $17 for ONE small yogurt parfait and ONE muffin. Ridiculous!!!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were noticeably friendlier and more courteous than the front desk staff, and their kindness was greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean. However, our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, and late at night we could clearly hear the other guests talking, as well as their television, which made it difficult to rest. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly. I believe a warmer and more courteous attitude when greeting guests would create a much better first impression.

No indoor pool as advertised by Hotels.com. It’s a 2 star hotel. Very old smelling. Need to remove that hallway smelly carpet.
