Loved this place! The view inside was beautiful especially with the water feature. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. The suites were spacious too. Definitely will stay here again!

Viewing selection on TV terrible, not all people are able to use streaming apps Lots of selection of food at breakfast ie: French toast was hard…scrambled eggs were cold

Everything was okay. The staff was okay, the only issue was the TV did not have certain channels.

My room was falling apart and the pool was filthy, and I had to ask for my clean linens.

I was very happy that they put me right near the elevators as I requested!

Exceptional

Room was very dirty and had a terrible odor, smelled like a bug bomb had been used, like moth balls. When I complained to the front desk there was no solution given. Due to the strong smell my group of 4 had headaches and sore throats the next morning. We had been traveling for 7hrs and had already paid for the room. We were stuck. Also, very large spider webs were all over the ceilings. Very uncomfortable. There was an extremely large family reunion that had checked in. They were extremely loud and preoccupied the pool area the whole time. When I did go to use the pool and the hot tub. It was extremely dirty. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was down the street from UDEL...perfect for move-in weekend! Spacious bedroom and living room...both with their own TVs. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Drapes had dried dirt/grease on them. Toilet seat hinges should be cleaned with the rest of the toilet. Some ceiling/wall cracks need obvious repair.

Returned to the hotel after 10 day vacation drove from NC/ MA I was staying at the hotel with my parents two rooms same floor. We got in at 6pm and were on the road by 11. At 9:30am the next morning a cleaning person opened my door after excessive knocking asking when I was leaving. I don’t understand why before check out at 11am we need to go into a persons room to ask when they will leave. They did the same thing to my parents next door. A huge invasion of privacy, if I was down at breakfast would they have just started packing my stuff for me? I was really disturbed by the lack of security and when I tried to explain to the employee I found she didn’t speak English.

My trip was very good. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels I have stayed in. One of the best hotels. I would definitely staff again and again.

See below. I have celiac disease, and although the hotel offered options, the staff is not adequately trained. When I asked about the hot food, they were certain the eggs and potatoes were gluten-free, but they were unsure about other items, such as the sausages. As for the gluten-free bread, it was kept separate but lacked its own dedicated tongs; I even saw a staff member using the same pair of tongs to handle both the gluten-containing and gluten-free bread. Seeing that, I decided not to eat any bread, as I have a severe allergy and must avoid cross-contamination.

I like the friendliness of the staff. I didn't like the bathroom looking rundown.

The receptionist were very polite, helpful and reasonable with their services to me and my family. We phoned in as we were going to show-up after midnight check-in cut off point for the day. We were expected at 1am but turned up around 2pm. Yet, we were checked in after a mature conversation with the lady at the reception. Although they had closed their books for the night, she managed to sort something out for us. We had been delayed by the flight and road situation from Washington to Delaware The time allocation for using the jacuzzi and swimming pool area could be readjusted to midnight.
