Nice staff, nice location

Perfect location for our needs. Clean. Well Maintained. Breakfast was great!! Room Ventilation was not as good. Not sure what can be done about that. Especially at night. Do you turn the AC down at night?

We visit family in Brooklyn a couple times a year and this is the place I’ll always stay. Clean, well-maintained with fun and useful amenities. Lots and of great dining and shopping options within a walkable distance and close to the subway.

Clean rooms comfortable living

Location was walking distance to friends home in Carol gardens. When water dispenser was broken, staff gave us bottled water complimentary. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed bandaids. I had to ask three times for the soap to be replenished in our room. It was empty when we arrived. Breakfast was mediocre. There was a person who was verbally offensive in the eating area, I believe he had come in off the streets. Cooks should not have to handle this, not sure who would but it was hard for my family to have food so we took it back to our room to eat.

No interest in going there again. No hot water the first night.

Was a reasonable price for a hotel in Brooklyn. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges but there isn’t much you can do about that,

The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s right around the corner from the R train however on the website description, it says that there is a parking lot. The parking lot is so small that only a few cars can fit and there’s nowhere to turn around. I paid for a parking spot the night before I knew I was going to get in late. When I got to the hotel, all the spaces were taken, which defeats the purpose of reserving a parking spot. I had to circle around Brooklyn at night looking for a place to put the car. When I spoke to the front desk attendance no one was super clear on how reserving a parking spot really works. Also, the room was nice and clean, however, I didn’t have any soap in the shower and the handle kept falling off of the sink. Breakfast was fine and the downstairs common area was clean and well kept. I give this hotel a solid three stars and I would stay there again if I needed to be close to the city, but not necessarily in the city or in downtown Brooklyn.

Never cleaned the room during my entire stay; staff had a breakdown in communication with housekeeping. I will write to corporate and the hotel manager. I hope this hotel improves for future guests.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. There’s a Whole Foods down the road for any needs. Would recommend if Brooklyn calls.
