Great location and the room was quite large. The only chair was not comfortable at all. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

I would love them to upgrade everything a little bit and give it all a coat of paint.

Room facing the road very noisy windows weren’t sound proofed. Beds comfy & rooms spacious but no bar fridge or coffee & tea making facilities in room but had a room safe

The property is pretty okay for the dollar you pay, rooms are outdated but clean. Perfect value for what you pay.

They never responded to your call, email, or messages. I'm so frustrated to get a simple receipt from them, and I still do not get any responses.

Great AC saved our lives!

Cleaning did a good job of cleaning the room. Trash on street is cleaned at 1 am. I need to wear earplugs at night because big trucks are very loud. You get what you pay for. Great location to attractions. Very close to subway lines. Air conditioning is responsive. Lots of shops nearby.

The biggest strength of this hotel is its location in midtown for a relatively inexpensive price. The location is great. The hotel added a $40/night "destination charge" so the advertised price is misleading. The rooms are ordinary with no amenities at all, not even a coffee pot. The staff is friendly and mostly efficient. My room was clean and quiet, the air conditioning worked very well and I could control the temperature. I had a good experience.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The water pressure in the building is amazing. There were no real amenities though. No coffee machine. No mini fridge. No microwave. No ice bucket. The ice bucket in particular is something I missed.

The location in Midtown was great—close to both Rockefeller Center and Central Park and not too far from the theatre district. However, our room was in dire need of updating. The carpet and the fabric on the walls were filthy and stained. The furnishings were battered and not at all updated, and there were some spots on the walls with serious cracks/holes. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had been updated. The staff was very friendly. When traveling to Midtown in the future, I will probably stay somewhere else, even if I need to pay a bit more.

Location was great. Staff was attentive and very helpful. I was a single woman and felt safe. good food located near the hotel.

Great staff and restaurant. The added shop in the lobby selling coffee worked for me. Great location as well. TV worked well. Small room but comfortable bed and good shower. And no waiting time for the elevator. Always available.

The pictures online are very deceiving. The hotel is very old but location is good.

We were on the 6th floor for two nights. Hallway and room smelled like cigarette smoke and musty. Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, lotion on wall was empty, two washcloths and Hard Rock Cafe’ wristbands in a drawer. Room was guaranteed to be ready by 3:00 pm- not ready until 3:30. Glad they were able to store our bags.

Check in person did the registration like it was a bank transaction. Room was large and clean, but poorly arranged which made it awkward and unwelcoming. There is a space for a fridge, but no fridge in the room, which is unfortunate. The AC unit blows directly onto the bed which make it uncomfortable. Elevator can hold 3 people comfortably; less with luggage. Given the many quality hotels in the area, I would not stay here again.

This Hotel is very old and run down. I wouldn't recommend. One elevator you have to turn your luggage sideways due to the elevator being so small. No ice machine on every floor. Ice bucket that you request from the front desk looks like a plastic butter bowl. Very generic. The only thing good was the bed and pillows. We paid $1000. for 4 night. Kings size bed, bathroom with a shower head that wouldn't stay up and a chair with a small desk. that's it....Spend an extra $50 per day for a nicer hotel.
