great stay

I stay here every single time I come to the city and it never disappoints! Perfect location. The friendliest staff and gorgeous views. Lots of restaurants and shops that are easily walkable.

Super clean. Comfortable beds with amazing linen and pillows. Bathtub in room was a bonus. Coffee machine a bonus. Staff amazing.

There is no breakfast served but you are in the middle of so many great restaurants. The gym is a three minute walk away and it’s such a nice place to have a great workout. We will stay here again.

This hotel has a GREAT location only 1-2 blocks away from so many great cafes and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. Will definitely come back,

The rooms are nice, like a modern industrial loft. The restaurant connected to the hotel is real nice. the only thing i didnt like is they charged me for stuff from the mini fridge that i just didnt touch i usually go to the corner store and buy water but they charged me for waters and juice and i didnt feel like wasting my time disputing it so just be aware of your bill upon checkout it was surprising. Other than that I would recommend. Its walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants, china town etc..

Wonderful stay at the Nolitan. All the staff are very sweet, the room with balcony was a good size, very clean with great shower and comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great location, friendly staff, i have been coming to this hotel a few times and always have a good time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was small but the bed was extremely comfortable, and the furnishings were all modern and stylish. The location is great--close to lots of great restaurants, the New Museum, many subway stops. Be advised that at our room had a glassed-in shower in the middle of the room (with a curtain on the outside for privacy), so if you're traveling with someone else make sure you're very comfortable with each other. My only other complaint about the room was that there wasn't a good work setup--just one arm chair that didn't work well with the console that could be used as a desk, and there wasn't any work space in the lobby either. So, wonderful for leisure travelers but maybe not as convenient if traveling for business.

Excellent property! The balcony was no nice to sit on at night and the staff were the nicest people we met the entire time we were in the city! A/C worked great but we had to set a “schedule” in the thermostat to keep it at the temperature we wanted which wasn’t a problem at all once we figured out that’s what needed to be done! Overall great place if visiting the city!

The staff at the front desk are amazing. Always helpful, super friendly and accommodating. This is my go to hotel everytime i'm in NYC. The rooms with balconies are great! Hotel is conveniently located in Nolita. Tons of restaurants, bars, shopping in the immediate area, and walkable to Soho, Noho, Tribeca, East & West Village. What's not to love? Highly recommend.
