The room was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet for being that close to Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat - within steps to Times Square, close to most Broadway shows, and within a few blocks of subway stations. From here, we went to multiple shows, baseball games via subway to both the Mets and Yankees, and a quick run to the South Ferry area for the 9/11 Memorial and the ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. If you are in for a 20 minute walk, the Intrepid Museum is due west. Excellent place to stay, a good breakfast is available, and plenty to keep you busy for quite sometime nearby.

Great location in Times Square. Step outside the hotel door and you are in the middle of everything!

This is our 2nd time staying at The Muse New York, we absolutely love it! Fantastic location beside Times Square. The hotel is great with spacious, comfortable rooms but it’s the friendly and helpful staff that really stand out. A special mention to Daniel in particular. On both of our stays, he has been incredibly knowledgeable, made great suggestions and always went above and beyond to help. He really made our stays that much better! Highly recommend The Muse. Didn't get to try the bar etc but I'm sure it would be great.

Great location to Times Square, rooms are a good size.

Excellent stay! The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The location was perfect, and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! The only downside was the breakfast, which we felt was not worth the price. There were very limited options, and you could only choose three items per day, including coffee. The food choices were always the same: yogurt, fruit, muffin, and croissant. More variety and flexibility would definitely improve the breakfast experience.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. There were no microwaves or free coffee, which was disappointing. They charged $45 a night as Hotel fee which was not part of booking.

Property is half a block from Time Square. You are in the heart of the fun, the vibration of the city. Sometimes the noise from Time Square expands past the square and it can be a little distracting, so I would request a non-street room. Honestly, a classy hotel where they get to know their guests and they greet you as you come and go. Awesome.

Hotel smells wet and stale it’s an older hotel that they’ve redone amenities are far in few between. They only have one restaurant if you will that’s not necessarily a restaurant it’s more a café where you order and pay at the desk and then they bring you your food The staff was good. The maids were awesome very accommodating for room cleaning times and they have a car service that brings you to the airport which is cheaper than an Uber. We’re kind of spoiled the initially stayed at Margaritaville the first two times that we were in New York so this was definitely a different experience. I would give the hotel itself a five out of 10 and the staff a nine out of 10. I will say if you’re looking for a quieter hotel with not a lot of individual staying there this may be the one for you however them being rated one of best boutique hotel in New York was with a 9.4 shocking if you want an amazing hotel to stay at. I definitely recommend Margaritaville.

The property is centrally located at times square. The rooms are quite big with enough power points and USB outlets for any needs. The hotel provides free water refill options which is useful, specially in a pinch. Staff is helpful.
