Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff. I would book again.

Elevators were slow during peak hours

Hotel has elevator issues and appears to be closing for remodeling. I can take 30 minutes to come down from 30 or higher due to issues. Also rooms have lots of buttons, lights, etc that do not work any longer. The update is much needed, especially for price you pay.

We love visiting on our anniversary beautiful hotel with roof top pool for summer and great location to shopping and restaurants

This hotel has full service - the room service visits the room multiple times a day to keep everything tidy. Really appreciate that!

Location and cleaning employees Elevators are the worst, takes 30’ to go down or up. Some front desk employees attitude. I think that at 600 per night is overpriced.I got an upgrade but the blinds in my room didn’t work.
-
Very comfortable My rooms in the past have been lovely but I stayed in a smaller room that felt like it was a bit old. Cabinets stuck, lots of dings and scuffs…just felt like it needed a refurbishment

Great location. Very clean and excellent staff. The elevators are awful. We waited some days 20 minutes! We were late for reservations.

The room we book was not available upon check in. It was completely different from what the picture represent on the website. That room was also dirty and had finger prints all over the windows. The curtins didn't work by the remote. We had to manually draw back the curtins. The guest services tried to give us another room for the night, but it was $2000 extra for one night since we arrived at 8pm. This didn't make any sense to pay that amount for a few hours of the room. We were moved to the actual room we booked the next day. That room shower didn't work, same thing for the curtins. They also charge $51 service charge for everything you do in the hotel, including service, spa, and restaurant on site anything that you choose to do is $51 on top of gratuity that is already included with your bill. The room service IPad didn't work either not worth the price at all. I would not recommend . It wasn't given 5 star hotel.
