Awesome stay, awesome people. Awesome everything. Will be my new NYC stay anytime I am in the city.

Great location and wonderful staff!

Hotel was clean and the staff were super helpful.

We were celebrating my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. We were able to go to our room early, were upgraded, and in the afternoon a gentleman, Jamal, appeared with a fabulous birthday cake and delicious cookies and juice. Everyone was very attentive. The accommodations were lovely and very, very comfortable. No one could’ve been nicer. It is a bit of an old lady and could probably due with a little perking up here and there. My Granddaughter did especially think the lobby was attractive.

Location We chose Omni Berkshire Place specifically for its Omni Kids program, hoping to make our 3-year-old daughter’s stay extra special—just like her friend had experienced. Unfortunately, the overall arrival experience left us quite disappointed and exhausted after a long day of travel. Nothing was provided proactively. I had to ask at the front desk just to receive a basic coloring set, and we never got the kids' tote bag in the end. I also had to call Guest Services to request our complimentary member morning drinks and the evening milk and cookies. To be fair, the staff members were very polite and attentive. They sincerely tried to help search for any remaining kids' totes, and their service attitude was wonderful. However, having to personally track down every expected amenity made us feel unnecessarily tired. The hotel’s location is excellent and the team is kind, but it lacked the extra touches that make the Omni experience unique. My daughter was quite disappointed, and as a parent who carefully planned this trip around those details, it was a bit heart-wrenching

Location, Historical building, nice view from the common terrace, friendly and professional staff

Noisy nights, no minibar, no body lotion at the bathroom

Staff is wonderful. Having stayed at the Omni many times over the last 26 years, I am happy to see them emerge post covid as the wame qulaity property they have always been.

They charged extra fees plus taxes on those fees for amenities that we didnt use or did not work. The internet did not work. The vallet parking cost $95 dollars. The outlets are all loose. The upside they got us checking in and out extremely quickly...

Wonderful stay! Clean and great size room for the NYC. Staff was helpful and very pleasant

Excellent stay. Great location and very clean. I also liked the shower - water pressure is really good. Two small points: there is no water dispenser on each floor, only ice. It would make much more sense to have water available so that we can refill the bottle. Also, the bed in the standard room is too small for a couple.

The staff were absolutely lovely! My friend and I were there for Zedd in the park. Although we live in the city, it was better for us to get a hotel room. And we were treated so well! From checking in to leaving, we had no bad interactions. When I checked out, I asked the blonde lady at the front, whose name I did not catch, if a bag could be provided as I had try on dresses for a wedding I’m a part of. I needed to return before the end of the day. She was so friendly and offered me a variety of bags. Her kindness did not go unnoticed! Check in staff deserve raises!
