The Life Hotel was perfect. Perfect location, perfect setting, very quaint. The staff was very inviting, and made you feel at home. Super friendly and always asking if everything was ok. Super helpful as well with anything you asked. Francisco and Nancy are both outstanding members of your team!! I would definitely go back and stay with you again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was great and helpful. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable and the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located - close to Penn Station, subway access, Times Square, shopping, and restaurants.

Great place for the price.

Being a group of girls staying together, I also felt safe the entire time, which made our stay even better. The beds were so comfy! I had such a great stay and will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay! The hotel was clean and the check in and out process was seamless. The best part was the staff and service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we asked for anything it was at our room before we even got back upstairs! There were so many nice, thoughtful touches that I hardly ever see anymore like slippers available upon request and complimentary water bottles restocked daily. We will absolutely be back.

The entryway is pretty and then the interior is gorgeous. The lobby bar is a beautiful peach orange stone lit from within and the floors, decor and details are so well done. My room was small but really stylish and comfortable. I loved the lighting and the bathroom was big. The bed was extremely comfortable. I honestly can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property. The one tiny thing that was not 100% excellent was the included breakfast - I was yelled at by the person handing out the breakfast boxes that I needed to give her some kind of card for the breakfast and coffee and then there were no non-dairy milk options for the coffee and the breakfast box had a piece of untoasted wheat bread with avocado spread on it which wasn’t that great and a bruised apple and some little bowls of berries which were good and a croissant which was good and a little jar of Nutella - so that did not feel like a $75 breakfast experience. But I loved every single other thing about the hotel.

It was great for the price, but the faucets weren’t fully attached, cold water was hard to come by, and various room appliances and amenities listed when booking were really only on request with limited supply. Staff were quick and no frills, which we appreciated. The bar was alright but a little pricey, but to be fair, it is manhattan. Probably wouldn’t stay at this specific hotel again.

Ideal location - walkable to everything but tucked away. High ceilings in the room & super comfortable beds.

There were no grab bars in the shower No shelf space for clothes Light bulbs in bathroom were dim Only one electrical outlet in the room and that was in the bathroom Elevators were small and dark I would not use this hotel again.
