A good looking hotel but we didn’t get room service for two days straight and they have no ventilation so it got dusty in the room when they didnt clean and also when you shower it gets really moist due to no fan being in the bathroom. They give complimentary waters daily but i had to ask for it at the front everyday, if i didnt they wouldn’t supply it that day.

Great, clean rooms. Excellent location
-
Room size are very good for nyc standards We took the premier king room

The remodel looked great but the rooms and elevators were so small. It was hard to move around every space. As nice as the staff was, it would be hard to go back.
-
Great location. Tiny rooms. Bathroom light is set on auto and excessively bright which is annoying if you’re sharing the room.

Not coming here back again.

Clean room, great location

It’s an older hotel that got a cosmetic renovation by The Kimpton. Building still has elements of an older hotel. Falls into the stereotypical NYC hotel category - elevators are slow and room very small. The staff are super nice and helpful. I really appreciate how housekeeping was prompt and efficient every day. Nice convenient area without being in the middle of midtown.

The room was very clean and of good size. Just the bathroom was smaller than usual but still practical. There is no coffee maker in the room but the hotel provides coffee/tea in the lobby from 6-9am every morning. The room has a steamer and a hair dryer which are useful. There is also cold drinking water available in the lobby all the time which is very convenient. here is a gym but it is quite small with basic equipment. The location of this hotel is superb, quieter neighbourhood than other midtown places and close to everything, especially the grand central for those that need to use the subway a lot. The hotel kindly provides wine at 5pm daily in the lobby, which is a nice place to relax. T The only issue was the hot water. It would take a while before we got hot water in the shower and had to let water run for a bit (which sadly was a bit of waste :-( . Don't know if this was a room-specific issue or a general problem.

the rooms were tiny, other than that everything else was okay.

Very nice and well designed public spaces. Rooms were fairly stylish. Gym was disappointing. Free coffee was fine but it would have been nice to have a little something, even a mini muffin. The tiny "cafe" was also disappointing. Our bathroom had an odd little shower that was narrow enough that I banged my elbows on the sides. Even with a tiny footprint, the bathroom could have been laid out better. We like to re-use our towels but there was only one hook and one little towel rod so we couldn't hang them dry.

Very poor

The hotel was recently renovated however it lacked amenities. There was no bar, pool or restaurant onsite. They did offer happy hour however they only offered red or white wine. They didn't offer valet but it was a parking garage next door to the building. The bell hop was great.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Good size room for New York.

I appreciated the free tea/coffee in the morning, and free wine served at 5 pm daily in the lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice, though we were downgraded our room from a king to a queen on arrival because they were overbooked which was disappointing. Location was great and amenities were good though our room had an odd smell of cigarettes. Overall okay, won’t be rushing back.
