When we arrived, we were told that the air conditioning in the room we booked (a deluxe king) wasn’t working so they were going to upgrade us to two queens. It wasn’t an upgrade at all. The room was smaller. We were on our honeymoon and didn’t need two smaller beds. One of the beds was in a tiny room all by itself. I guess if we were fighting, it might have been convenient. The furniture was very used and needed an update. The worst part was that the air conditioning didn’t really work in that room either. It cooled a bit but never got completely comfortable. The lobby was nice and cool though. As we were checking out I heard another traveler complaining to the desk clerk that their stay was unpleasant due to the lack of air conditioning. We had a great time but for the price I felt it wasn’t up to par.

Centrally located in Chinatown across from a large park. Hotel and room are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Although the room was small it was cozy. The price point was very good for NYC, and will stay again when in the City.

Girls trip! Very close to chinatown and subway station. Easy to get to places and room is clean. Abit scary at night! ( we just uber so np)

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are going yo Little Italy, Chinatown, close to the Brooklyn Bridge, One World and more. The rooms were clean and the staff was really nice.

The room. was roomy and clean. There were slippers available to wear. An outlet by the bed. I use a CPAP when I sleep, good thing I have a long electrical cord and my hose is long.

The hotel was good. Excellent location in heart of chinatown. Accesible by public transport. Helpful staff. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean rooms.

Hotel was excellent, attentive and courteous staff. Room was large and clean with great windows. Air conditioner worked really well and street noise was minimal. Great location for Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. Right next to a parking garage. Only downside was that the traffic in the area is truly terrible so hard to get back to the hotel. But overall great stay would absolutely stay there again
