Doubletree by Hilton New York Times Square South

Had a great time. The staff was so friendly. Love the scent in the lobby is so good, wish they bottled it up and sold it.

Close to MSG and Penn Station which was a plus.

The room was very clean, the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Excellent experience. I would recommend without hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay! They’re very kind and the hotel is very clean. Beds are really comfortable and the views are amazing!

The front desk people were soo helpful and super nice. As the hotel itself was super convenient for us and our room was super clean !

The room is tiny and tight. Enough for 2 beds and small bathroom. Pricey for the room we get. The location is ok. The view on the rooftop is nice. The bar inside is so small.

Great location

I stayed for 3 days and it was great! They securely stored our luggage’s until check in at 4pm, room was clean, staff were very kind and helpful. They even set up a car service to the airport for a decent price. Rooftop is also a must see!

The hotel was lovely and clean and in a great location, we had a standard double but for a weeks stay it just wasn't practicle, not enough storage to empty cases and no were to put the full cases. I booked the hotel because of its roof top, but that didnt open till 3 and closed at 11 so only went up there once. Waste of time. Staff were lovely.

My room had a musty smell and small black drain flies upon entering. I told the front desk, however all they did was send an engineer up to look. Also the shower had cracks in the floor and appeared to leak onto the bathroom floor when used. Finally, if I am honest, the front of the building is public space and many of the benches were occupied by people not staying in the hotel as I returned back in the evening. It did not feel safe for a woman by themselves entering the building. I would not stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a quick trip to see a concert at MSG! Clean, safe, and close!

The amenities didn’t work

Great staff, terrific location (close to subway lines and not too close to the noise of Times Square, but a short walk to the excitement), and gorgeous 360 view of the skyline at the restaurant. Would stay there again.

Well located hotel for reasonable money and of course the cookie on check in.
