Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and coffee available all day was appreciated. Great location for visiting family too.

The sink is a little bit slow for the water to come down maybe needs to be pumped under the sink. Overall the hotel itself is beautiful the lobby is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect for us …accessible without being in a noisy area. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The staff were fabulous…even before I arrived the communication from them was friendly and informative.

A very upscale hotel in Manhattan. Clean and great amenities. Close by to shopping and restaurants. A train hop or an Uber can get you in the heart of things in 5-10 minutes.

Attractive, very clean, all the amenities I’d expect, convenient parking and reasonable rates, quiet! If I had to quibble, one light fixture didn’t work.

If you’re looking for a place to stay, this place works. If you’re looking for a place that you can back to in the evening to cool off and relax this isn’t the place. Room was hot and humid the entire time. Sleeping out of the covers was barely enough. A working AC unit isn’t much to ask for.

Very clean I am 79, type 1 diabetic & disabled. …there was no one to help w my bags..you should have at least 1 person who can help pregnant or elderly & disabled people. . I have been a Marriott customer for over 45 years & expect better service than this. A nice security guard finally helped me load my car when I was leaving & I paid d him fgr helping me. Shame on Marriott
