1985 called they want their decor and fixtures back. Wow! What a dump! When you walk into the joint you look up and see glass partitions and I don’t believe that one of them have been cleaned in months. The room was incredibly noisy with the street right out front. Bed was garbage. Wouldn’t recommend the place.

Only 1 elevator working for >20 floors of rooms - had to wait forever. The rooms were run down. I cancelled one night 24 hours in advance and they charged me anyway and will not refund. Would not recommend.

Only perk is the lication

We were first greeted by Kenia. She was very helpful and kind. We were forced to stay an extra night due to an 8-hour airline delay. We decided to find a hotel near Grand Central Station and spend the another night. Turns out that was the best choice. She was very understanding of our dilemma and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than expected. The hotel is conveniently located across from the New York Public Library, Bryant Park is very close by, and Grand Central is less than a five minute walk away. The hotel was clean, quiet and accessible to much more. We look forward to staying here more often. Thank you.

One working elevator for thirty floors. Not just an outdated building, but it must have been cheap to begin with.

I loved it.

For the most part, was a good Hotel only problem we have for three days was the one of the elevator was broke and we have to wait long time just to get to the fifth floor. All of that. I recommend this hotel for the future location is excellent. Time square Empire State building easy access to the subway and planning to see them by.

Upon check in. The system was down and wasn't able to check in until after 6 pm. Long lines broken elevators i had to rooms pay over 1500 for my stay ill never stay there again

The TALL BLACK MALE front desk who assisted us made me feel extremely uncomfortable because of his rude and unprofessional attitude. This was one of the worst front desk experiences I have had at a Marriott property. The coffee maker on the second floor was also out of service in the morning. Very disappointing stay overall.

Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Convenient location. Staff was always helpful. I’d stay again!

Clean room and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Location Toilets leaked, room had stuff from prior guests, and cleanliness was missing. Ice machine was broken. It really was bad, we actually left after getting additional reservations at another nearby hotel.
