I loved the staff there the most. Guest services were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and well maintained by house keeping. The only thing is when it rained there was a leak from the window.

Location is perfect, and I thought it would be very noisy because of its location. But it is perfect and we have a great sleep during our stay. Highly recommended AC is a bit noisy, I usually turn it off while sleep.

I would come back to this hotel! It’s clean well maintained the staff were amazing especially the front desk! Very informative with Resturant suggestions! The roof top lounge was ok.. the waitress we had wasn’t really attentive but it’s fine the hotel itself was a boss! Top floor with views for sure!

The staff at the reception are really caring and enthusiastic and the location is awesome The room facility is not satisfying, a little bit clogged in the toilet, the faucet is moving. BUT the most annoying thing is how the staff cleaned the room, the staff can never see what I really need unless I drop a note. And staff threw away the things I need, I was very disappointed every time I got back room

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always greeted us with a smile no matter where we were in the hotel. Conveniently located next to subway station and walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Penn Station/MSG. Many food options onsite and nearby.

Nice location and phenomenal staff! My stay was entirely too short so I didn’t get a chance to experience the bar, patio or restaurant but I will be back. I booked the king room with a city view and the view was definitely disappointing (didn’t look like the pictures) but that was the only downside.
