33 Hotel, New York City, Seaport

Fantastic location near Pier 17 and Brooklyn Bridge and the fashionable area of seaport. Comfortable rooms. The staff whilst polite were a bit perfunctory, almost too cool compared with staff in other New York hotels. We weren’t made to feel particularly welcome nor were there any special touches like complimentary drinks or toiletries. Everyone was professional but not overly friendly. Breakfast was limited and not as good as other hotels. Fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition

Felt like we were the only ones there , the way everyone treated us! Awesome service.. great food and the use of space made the room more useful than most hotels I’ve been to (and I’ve traveled extensively!) I will be happy to return!

Definitely like! Great location! Nice and friendly staff! Clean, modern room and amazing view!!3 minutes walk to Brooklyn bridge and pier 17 so we can take the cruise to view the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan, jersey city. It is also walking distance to Wall Street, China town and subway station.

There is no better choice in New York City for value, cleanliness, a welcoming staff, and quiet evenings. If you want to be in the ‘thick’ of things, this may not be the property for you. But if you are looking for modern, clean accommodations with beautiful views of the seaport at an exceptionally good price point, look no further.

Beautiful hotel and very quiet, love it

This hotel has a great location near the east river close to the Piers. The front desk staff was very polite and quick to help us check in. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed felt very cozy. The WiFi had great connectios at all time and breakfast was amazing. Overall, it is a good value for the price and I would stay here again!

Room lighting system not user friendly

Exceptionally clean, outstanding staff, fabulous view from of river & bridge from balcony/terrace room! Great vibe in a small boutique hotel with a great location. I’ll be a repeat customer!

Location is just perfect

Very well located. Staff was the best we had on our trip ao friendly. Downside they worked at the property next door so noise and also they had some event opposite the street by the pier and that noise was so bad.

When checking in the front desk informed me that I had $42 to spend in room order including patronage at the restaurant on site. They did not mention that the spend doesn’t include or cannot apply to gratuity. I spent $40 on the entire bill at the restaurant and the hotel only took off the portion without the gratuity. The toilet was not flushing well and toward the end of my stay the water never stopped running so I had to call the front desk at 10pm. The elevator was not working but the technician appeared to not communicate to hotel guests by just standing there. I had to carry 3 bags and took a few steps down to another elevator.

Our family had a great stay at The 33. Great location, beautiful room and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Best hotel experience we've had in years!
