Great location but the rooms aren't clean. We had to change rooms because ours had public hair and toenail clippings on the bed, but then the new room also had hair in the bed and shower. Staff is nice though.
-
Well located, easy walk to bars on Bourbon street and major restaurants around. Not suited for families with young children due to noisy environment outside til the wee hours if you’re facing the major road in front of the building but a blast for people not bothered by that.

Nice space and staff. It does get noisy at night, being right of Canal st. Our only issue with the rooms were bathrooms. Sliding barn doors are nice but provide no privacy and there's no vent in the bathroom either. Fogs up quickly and noise is easily heard by your companion, whoch can be embarassing.

Plenty of parking available, park on side where room is booked (east or west) check-in was quick and room very spacious. Very well located for bourbon district and restaurants, bars. Attached bar between towers is nice place to chill out.

First time staying at the Rubenstein and we really enjoyed it. Staff was so nice! It was quiet and clean. Parking was a breeze…valet went to find our car parked on a side street and took care of everything. Love the balcony on the 2nd floor which was right outside our room door.

The room was small but clean and just enough space for two. The property was clean and well maintained. The balcony was perfect. The ladies at the front were super helpful. We will definitely be back.
-
Staff never came to change the bed sheets and when they did did come the just re-made the bed with the sheets that were already used and only dropped off towels. Staff was able to accommodate us when needed but service was okay.
-
The staff was exceptional and the hotel was clean and secure! The windowless rooms are really windowless so if you need natural light pick an exterior room.

This location is amazing, but because of the amazing location, our room had a lot of street lights and a lot of noise until the wee morning hours. The bedding seemed worn (pilling). With that said, the property was beautiful.
