Three of us stayed in two rooms for one night on Aug. 9th. The rooms were fine, and they posted pending charges of $50 per room for incidentals. The $100 charge is STILL pending. They normally disappear MUCH quicker. I contacted them a few days ago and asked them to remove it so I would not have to continue monitoring it. They did nothing and did not respond to my contact. Tacky.

Perfect place to stay and park for cruise. So easy and only .5 miles away, like 5 minutes. Taxi was 16.00. Hotel is so beautiful And small, so convenient.

We love the room set up. The front desk and bartender were both friendly and enjoyable to interact with. We will be back. Great location downtown. We feel comfortable walking around the area day or night.

Having a suite for the price of a room…nice. August in New Orleans… Air-conditioning is so important! This hotel does not disappoint. Hallways are cold, rooms are cold, breakfast area is cold…so nice! My biggest problem with this hotel… Is the same problem with basically every hotel in New Orleans, availability of parking… And the cost to valet… We were able to find street parking literally right in front of the hotel or just around the corner and it’s free from 10 PM to 8 AM. This works for our schedule because we were doing things in other areas of New Orleans all day long, and only got back to the hotel around 10 PM.

Very nice hotel but the AC did not work in the room. The hallways were nice and cold but the room was 84 degrees

My only complaint is the grumpy breakfast attendant. Hastily putting up food and cleaning around youat 9:58. Also, the coffee was nice and hot but the coffee cups melted with the heat and leaked out the bottom.
