Great place!

The rooms were huge and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The team was very nice and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the breakfast - there was a great variety of choices and everything was pretty good. We also really loved the scent at the hotel entrance. It smelled wonderful, and we honestly wished our room had the same lovely scent! The surrounding area did not feel like the safest, particularly because of the deli nearby, where there were often people gathered outside the hotel. The shower pressure was also very light and could definitely be improved. It would also have been a nice plus to have a swimming pool, especially to relax after a day out.

Nice hotel and in a great location.

Location was good for walking to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Location made it more difficult initially for the parking. Had to drive around the block several times times before there was an opportunity to park for the valet to help.

I gave it 2 stars because at least it was clean and had decent pillows. The rooms were run down and awkwardly laid out. The breakfast was average for a free breakfast. The staff seemed to hate their life. I have gotten a friendlier welcome in Philly and NYC. They failed to clean our room and I had to go to the front desk and complain to get it cleaned. The area it was convenient to the French Quarter but you had to run a gauntlet of aggressive homeless people to get there. I would not go back.

Staff was amazing very helpful with hotel needs or tourist needs, valet was fast, literally a 5 minute walk to bourbon I’d stay again

perfect location

I love the distance to bourbon and canal street! I didn’t like in front of the hotel it was a lot of homeless people hanging out there! Just felt unsafe to go out after dark and I didn’t go out either! Loved the breakfast and the hotel was beautiful on the inside and the staff was very friendly!

Had a great stay here. Rooms are clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room for 3 adults. Big tv and comfy couch to relax on. Nice to have a fridge and microwave to hand as well. Breakfast was ok. Enough to get you started but pretty standard for hotels. Close to everything so very convenient for a couple of days doing touristy things.
