The staff were amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool was green and dirty. The staff told us we could use the pool at their other facility down the road. Other than that our stay was good

There are fees for everything. Digital key $150 if you lose it. Wild. So don’t lose it. Parking off street was a little pricey but expected. There are no amenities. The property is nice though. We stayed in the corridor which I do not recommend. The room I stayed in had nowhere to put our things. But the one my friend stayed in had a dresser. So you get what you get she don’t get upset. Not enough shampoo or body wash… bring your own. Great location. Staff was really nice. All in all I liked it but I would not stay there again.

Rooms are small but efficient and the courtyard is great. Staff is awesome and my room has a cute balcony. Quiet street right off the Quarter but construction is happening at the corner and I could hear the trucks at 5am. Would stay again AFTER the roads are done.

The rooms on the ground floor were located in a courtyard which is really nice. We liked everything about the property.

Exceptional

The second room was excellent, Jennifer was excellent she assisted us in changing our room as the first room had a bright light shining through the glass of the door straight on the bed all night, told the morning staff and was told they couldn’t do anything about the lights but later when Jennifer came in she asked me and I explained the situation she changed our room. My plan was for a couple of days resting by the pool which was not available they had a sister building they sent me to but to me that was an inconvenience. The most bittersweet for me was the parking, it’s available but cost just as much as the room plus tax. I was unaware of that fee, check everything before going especially if you’re on a tight budget. But the Chateau is nice and very clean.

For the most part everything was great except the pool was not working, we had to walk three blocks to use the pool at their sister property. It would have been nice ahead of time that the pool was not functional. Also rooms are small and no refrigerator in the room.

The room was clean. The staff was nice but due to the codes and this being in the historic area, there is no elevator. If you are younger and travel light, this is no issue. I am older and pulled my heavy suitcase up the stairs. They really need to have a helpful bell man in these cases.

I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The hotel was extremely clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire property had such a charming, comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The ice machine and pool were unavailable during my stay, which was a little disappointing, but neither issue took away from my overall experience. The excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and location still made this an easy five-star stay for me.

Air conditioning worked great and we were there in August. Only hiccup is ice machine was out of order for the last 2 days of stay and people above us were constantly walking around in the middle of the night and you could really hear it. Staff was great and it was within walking distance of a lot of good places.
-
AT the time of my stay they were having issues with the pool and there was no fridge in the room. The staff was extremely nice about storing our food and make accommodations for our needs.
-
Loud, dirty rooms. No parking, no pool, no ice maker. Outdated furniture. No security, people walked into our room multiple times, without knocking, disregarding the do not disturb memo. Argumentative and condescending staff. Slow check-in process including multiple keys to digitally download. You will get nickel and dimed here as well, and they will remind you multiple times about the additional cost of screwing up.
