We booked this hotel and had a wonderful stay but came home to several unexplained charges on my credit card totaling over $500 when I had already paid for this hotel through Expedia with a different credit card.

Rooms were very clean, Staff was wonderful, pool was great. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter

We stay here everytime as it is the most conveniently located hotel in the french Quarter. Valet the car and walk the rest of the time. If you purchase things while shopping it’s just a quick walk back to the room to drop them off before heading back out for more of the culture. Rouse’s market is just around the corner. Highly recommended by me!

We did have a few hiccups but I did not allow it to shy away from giving this hotel a perfect rating. We had a petite king suite with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The room was very small to our liking, but I take into heavy consideration that all of the properties in this area are historic and are limited to reconstruction, so that is part of the deal. Tip, if you're over 6'5" like my spouse, this room is not for you, lol. We made the best of it though. :) Our only main issue was the AC. It would shut off for long periods of time at night, until the room got very balmy and we would literally wake up in sweats. It takes a very long time to readjust to cooling at night. In the day, this isn't an issue. The pool is perfectly sized and the water adjusted to the blazing heat or afternoon temperate cool. We loved it. The lobby is gorgeous, photo worthy and always filled with fresh, cool cucumber water for consumption. I will highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to make the best of their trip in the French Quarter.

Centrally located in heart of the French Quarter. Close to historic sites and near the river. Within walking distance to the River Boats the party zone and the aquarium. The in house bar has live music most nights with no cover charge.

Check-in was easy, and every staff member we encountered—from valet and front desk to the concierge, pool servers, and bartenders—was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about things to do around the city. We stayed in a bi-level suite with a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street, and it was everything we hoped for. Yes, it can get noisy on the weekends, but honestly, why come to NOLA if you don’t want to experience some of the energy and excitement of Bourbon Street? The food and drinks were great, and the saltwater pool was absolutely perfect on an extra-humid New Orleans day. My only complaint was that pool food service didn’t begin until 1 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. Otherwise, it was 10s across the board. Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent service, and an unforgettable introduction to New Orleans. We would absolutely stay here again.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and seen with all the staff. The environment is inviting and fun while having quiet, elegance that an older generation can enjoy. The pool is absolutely amazing and the entire hotel smells like a dream. I WILL be back.
