The hotel in general was...

Staff was very kind however my room had an AC leak and the carpet was wet so there was sort of an odor. The elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs. The pool was in use and didn’t appear to have any chlorine in it or definitely not enough because the water was cloudy and had a very greasy film on top. Breakfast wasn’t bad but there was no syrup for the waffles and no juice. The front could have been maintained better as well there were cigarette bits and a dead bird at the front door entrance. So ot could have been better but for the price I guess I could not have expected much more.

The room’s smelled terrible like mildew carpet filthy staff not helpful elevator wasn’t working had to work had to work for three flights to stay in a dirty staircase the whole day was terrible. I would never go back to this place again.

The sofa was old, cushions flat. No space to walk between the bed & the AC unit. Bathtub had cracks in it but did no leak from what I could tell. The bed was great, pillows great, water pressure awesome, plenty of hot water. Room smelled okay. Didn’t try the breakfast was tired & the bed was too comfy. Checked out right at the last minute.

The location Grass was unkept, staff not welcoming, terrible mold smell in room, humid throughout lobby and room, spiders, lights weren’t working, outdated

No working smoke detectors in room. We later found them in a cabinet. All lamps and lamp shades covered in rust. I wish it would let me add pics. See my review on Google. Phone didn't work, elevators didn't work. The microwave looked like someone cooked uncovered spaghetti in it for 10 minutes. Pool and hot tub were disgusting. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Zero hot water in room. All in all, one of the worst stays I have ever had. Management refused to contact me after the stay to voice my concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE.

it was peaceful io like the way the was set up lightening was good new lil peaceful view staff was friendly n very helpful i got locked n the bathroom of my rooms they came to my recuse right away helped me stay claim i think the pool should've bn outside wit the sunlight n the hot tub shouldve bn working

The pool was very dirty. The whole reason I booked here was because it had a pool but we weren't about to use it. I didn't my trust the water being cloudy and foamy.
