Everything about this hotel was great - super clean, very convenient location to campus. Staff was really very nice. My only watch out is that the self-serve parking across the street (which is accessible by skybridge) is $25 per day

Very spacious room. Tired and a bit musty but clean and well-maintained. Lots of room to spread out; bathroom more than adequate. I really appreciated the enclosed, secure garage so close with the use of the footbridge. I do wish I'd been told I needed my room key to get out of the garage - I'd already turned it in. If it wasn't for the parking attendant letting me out, I'd have been stuck running across the street to get my key back from the front desk, all while blocking the exit.

We have stayed at New Haven Hotel numerous times and have always been pleased. They have a great staff who is customer service oriented. Stephanie Lee in particular was very helpful with our stay and upgraded our room because we stay there frequently. Would recommend this hotel to couples and people on business, it’s in a great location to restaurants and bars.

We had a pleasant experience with New Haven Hotel. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and fast. The hotel staff, especially the front desk staff, were very friendly, warm, and helpful. The hotel's location was great, right in New Haven Business district and walkable to Yale University campus. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Yale or New Haven.

The location was perfect and the ability to try different restaurants steps away made it so easy to grab dinner/lunch/coffee last minute. Will defiantly be staying there again!

Location . Convenient parking . Nice reception area. Some quick breakfast option . Clean rooms There was no note about not doing the rooms unless called a day before . No towel change unless called .
