A very professional and friendly staff. Good location. Rooms was clean and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

we were there during the summer and put on the 6th floor. all i can say is get there early and don’t let them put you up there. it was SO HOT. we asked for a new room but they were fully booked so we had to wait until the next night to get a new room. it was so hot. i think it was like 74° all night. the staff were kind, but definitely didn’t go out of their way to apologize or anything. however they did get us a room in the 5th floor the next day and that was better.

It was just “ok”. I had a 5 day stay alone and found out after check in that my room had no refrigerator and no microwave, so any food I wanted to save from dinners or snacks had to be thrown out as there was no way to keep it cold, that was a bummer for sure. Tossed out some good food and had to buy more the next day and the next day after that. $$$$. The lamps in the room look very aged, and one did not work at all. The carpets behind the bedframe and tv console were pretty filthy and didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed for a year. I was visiting from Texas and it was cold and rainy when I arrived, I could not get the heat working in the room and slept the first night in full clothes and a hoodie. The thermostat was working but anything over 70* was just air blowing out of the vent. I kind of froze for a couple days during the cold rain storms there. The breakfast, while free, was tasteless, dry and mostly overcooked. I only samples things twice and gave up on that.

It was a great short day and I would stay there again!

Stayed for three nights. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was nice. Rooms a little dated but clean. Very convenient for shopping. Perfect distance from downtown Boston if you don't want to stay in Boston.

It was fine.

The attached restaurant and bar were nice. The location and surrounding areas were great. Walkable to the mall and other stores. Nice restaurants in the area.
-
A nice hotel and pleasant stay. The only drawback was the bed and pillows were not comfortable.
-
The room was clean, bathrooms clean. The breakfast as good. The room was small, no microwave, no fridge.
-
Just a small, friendly suggestion for an even better stay: the pillows in the room are very soft, so I ended up needing 2 or 3 to sleep comfortably. It would be amazing if the hotel could offer a choice of firmer pillows (either extra in the closet or available upon request at the front desk). I'll definitely continue coming back!

We booked a suite, which was huge. There was some confusion over whether we would have a fridge, since the website only listed a fridge with the suites with kitchen. But ours did have a fridge, as well as a microwave. The staff were friendly. The food in the next door restaurant, Skybox 109, was just ok. The breakfast buffet was ok as well, with bland sausage rather than the bacon which they adverstise. The eating area is huge. The king bed was comfortable. The elevators, though small (3), were quick. The furnishings were worn but usuable. I imagine this hotel was quite posh when first built. Certain economizing supplies, like single sheet facial tissues, thin bathroom tissue, and rough towels (overlaudered?) diminished the experience. (The shampoo bottle was empty as well). The hotel does have a nice little convenience corner where you can buy various snacks, drinks, and toiletries. Dedicated parking spaces are limited, but a large shopping plaza with ample parking is next door. The hotel is conveniently near I90, but this is a built-up area with a large mall and other shopping centers, with lots of one-way streets, so finding the entrance and your way around can be challenging. The pricing for room and services was good and in keeping with its 3-star rating.
