The Hyatt it was close to town close to restaurants. Staff was friendly, and place was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Centric location with a friendly staff. The food at the restaurant could be better but with so many choices just around the corner I let it pass. I wish the room had better lighting in the bathroom, a little difficult to put on make up if you ask me. Overall, great experience and a short walk to everything I was interested in visiting. I would definitely book it again next time I’m in Nashville.

Great location and served us well. Christian at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and made us feel so welcome! He has a wonderful knack for building connections and making people feel at home. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing. The staff,breakfast, room,amenities and the live entertainment. We unfortunately had a family emergency and they were extremely accommodating and understanding. Would definitely recommend 👌

The staff member at check-in was so friendly and polite. It was husband birthday and he was so excited to my husband it was just perfect. All the staff members were very nice and friendly. The staff were excellent. Will stay there again

Staff is always friendly, I love the location- easy walk to Broadway but far enough to get out of the “loud crazy” for a bit.

The hotel is in a great location, just a couple blocks and an easy walk to Broadway. There is a great complimentary hot breakfast in lobby and theres also a bar in the lobby as well. Parking is super expensive $60 or more per day. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We have been coming back to this hotel time and again for convenience to Broadway. The beds are comfortable, the linens great, but the overall condition of the rooms needs a refresh/update.

Stayed in two Hyatt Places in the same week - one in Downtown Nashville, and one in suburban Greenville SC. Both were similarly appointed, with a sofa and two queen beds. really excellent free breakfast, wifi, comfort. A great place to stay, and I will look for them wherever I travel.

The facility was perfect. It's centered within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Broadway. The breakfast was a large buffet. The only down side is parking. They charge an additional $55 to park your car. So be prepared for that.
