Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport

I don’t like much about the property… the smell of mold… the sheet that covered the mattress was stained and we didn’t see it until it was time to check out… I was lied to about the bar being open until 10pm it never opened… I’ll never stay there again!

They advertise free parking and that’s not true.

It is a nice property that tries to be like a big hotel. A bar that has happy hour from 5-7, a decent breakfast, nicely appointed room with a comfortable bed. What I didn’t like first and foremost was having to pay to park my car at the hotel! It appears to be common at many hotels in the Nashville area so be forewarned. Little scraps of paper left lying around mostly in the elevators. Close looks at the room show little errors done in construction which indicates shoddy work by the builder. Examples are the tile work in the bathroom with undressed edges on the floor molding or the spot in the shower just under the drain for the above room that is leaking and causing the ceiling paint to blister. But, these are very minor concerns that will become more pronounced as the building ages. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, better than the Music City Sheraton.

The paint was peeling in the bathroom and the room,towels were falling off the walls in the bathroom,the mattress had a slight human waste spell to it,the mattress slumped in the middle,the shower also had mold on the floor,this was the WORSE HOTEL EVER!!

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally The reception was on the phone with her “Tee Tee” the entire time she was checking me in. The hallways of the hotel had a foul odor to them. Several pieces of furniture in my room looked as if it was tossed out of the window and drug down the street. One piece of furniture had a screw drilled into the top of the table that was obviously holding one of the legs, that had fallen off, into place. The restroom had updated mirrors and sinks. Everything else was very outdated and in need of a facelift.

Nice hotel

The TV service is absolutely horrible; it kept going out, and the streaming options don't work at all. The water pressure was so low that it took me longer to get clean than it does at home. I had to move rooms three times because of issues before they got me into the room that I had originally paid for. The pool could not be used at all due to the weather. It would have been nice if it had been covered for use. There were no microwaves in the rooms at all, just one in the lobby that everyone has to use. The price was not worth it at all. I will never tell anyone to use this hotel at all. The pillows were absolutely horrible as well; they kept going flat. I thank God that I always take my own pillows with me everywhere I go because they are chiropractic pillows for my neck and one for my knees.
