We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very modern and the staff is friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was trying to reach guest services over night. I left a message with guest services and also messaged them through the expedia app and no one replied to my request to have a later check out. When I called in the morning, they said they had already met the amount of courtesy late check out requests and that I would have to pay for any extra time. Anyways, don’t know if I would come back when visiting seed to table.

The only thing I would improve is the welcome at the front desk. The receptionist who checked us in came across as a little unfriendly, and I believe the arrival experience is very important. Guests should always feel genuinely welcomed and happy to be there, rather than feeling like they are inconveniencing someone. Other than that, I truly love The Perry and will definitely continue coming back. It’s one of my favorite places to disconnect, relax, and enjoy a few days away.

There was no welcome card explaining how to get on the WiFi, when food was available, since there's no room service. Hours for amenities. Room key stopped working twice 2 days in a row when I got back late from working.

Beautiful new modern property, rooms were spacious with very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were lovely and friendly, pool area was gorgeous with towels, lounger covers and inflatables which the kids loved
