Everything was good

The room was excellent, all the staff we dealt with were very helpful. The only thing that’s anegative is the common places are looking tired

The Bay Front Inn had everything we needed - clean room, beautiful view, nice pool and outside dining - excellent location to walk to other restaurants as well.

Love the location!!! Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and smell great. Only complaint is that they lack on toilet treats, very tiny shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. No disposable shower caps nor other shower essentials. Besides that overall experience was great.

Lovely located hotel near beach and opposite tin city. Staff friendly , rooms immaculate and lovely view over marina. Beds comfy and pool and bar very nice. Great value and I’d happily stay again anytime

This is my third time staying there. This was the first time I was charged a fee to park my car, which was very disappointing. I was not told until I checked out. The only other complaint I had was the coffee was horrible. So I had to go purchase coffee elsewhere. Other than that, everything was great.

Staff and location were great. Hotel and rooms could use a deep cleaning and maintenance.

Because the service is the best and amenities are excellent, the outside bar and rooms are always clean . It is jut the best

Staff was very nice and helpful. This is very much a 3 star property. As long as you manage your expectations it is absolutely fine especially if you’re traveling alone.

Maverick was super helpful went a step above by helping us accommodate our room after another guest had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking he moved us to another room. He was very courteous and welcoming!

My stay at this resort was mediocre at best. I paid for the penthouse suite and when I arrive there, the staff didn’t even check if my room is ready just said I have to wait till three. Once inside my room over half the outlets didn’t work and there was a red line through our TV screen. When trying to get food or drinks, we had to wait upwards to 30 minutes to even be served or be seen. They do not tell you this, but you have to pay for parking as well. I would not recommend staying at the penthouse suite for that much money.

The shower is slippery and some people can fall

Pretty, clean, good location, and very comfortable pillow! And you can't beat the price! (We got it for $127/night!) Would definitely repeat.

Lovely view of Naples Bay from my room. Good restaurant downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk!
