Pool is so small and always with kids and birthday parties.

The hotel caught on fire due to being struck by lightning so I didn't get a chance to stay..

The building was on fire, but the alarms never got activated

Great stay at Tru. Very convenient location just off I-88. Would definitely stay here again.

The Good - The staff is WONDERFUL. Everyone was truly kind, professional, and accommodating. The Bad - The walls are THIN. it's not great for light sleepers The Ugly - The room was DIRTY. Hairs from the previous people all over the bathroom. Grimy floors. DIRTY

The staff weren’t necessarily rude, but they sure weren’t friendly and often seemed annoyed by folks interacting with them. (The exception being the young brunette haired girl who was very friendly and helpful). The breakfast area was disgusting. Tables weren’t maintained after people left, so there was no where to sit without wiping it up yourself. There just didn’t seem to be any oversight and food and beverage were often lacking until asking the put out attendant for more things to be replenished. I always have decent stays at Hilton properties, but this place needs some corporate oversight. I’ll spend a few extra bucks and go back to my usual spot across the way.

The room was definitely clean,staff polite and very helpful/ air conditioned room and plenty of parking.

Breakfast can be hit or miss if you are vegetarian but there is fruit, oatmeal, and toast. If you are staying for a week, you may have to request additional rags/towels and toilet paper. They were not put in our room right away but we were able to get it from the front desk easily. The walls are thin so you if anyone next door is loud you will definitely hear it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Disliked - Check in staff was not pleasant. Room - had hair all over in the shower. The pillows were so uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin - could hear everything from people walking upstairs, to dogs barking in the next room. Had very poor sleep the 2 night I stayed. It was not the best stay at a Hilton.

We decided to check out a day early due to change of plans and the fact that there was a dance team there causing noises at all times of the day/night. Couldn’t sleep. The assistant general manager said she’d refund my night. The general manager said no. If they’re not going to refund they should make sure guests are able to get sleep and not have Elementary aged children running around yelling (unsupervised) at night.

AMAZING!!!Family of four had original plans changed last minute. Hotel was already booked so we pivoted and boy are we glad we did! The property is clean, bright at night, and overall in great condition. The back patio became my husband’s favorite place! Breakfast was delicious, well-stocked (throughout all of breakfast), and had a great variety of items to choose from. The pool and surrounding area was clean.. and had extra comfortable seating in one end. The room itself was spacious (double queen) and the bathroom was pleasantly large and spotless! We missed having a microwave in-room, but there IS one available to guests in the lobby along with other snacks, drinks, and goodies you can buy. The lobby has some entertainment as well.. Multiple tvs, a pool table, and even a mix of board games. My teen sons literally spent their time between the pool table and swimming pool! Worth every penny and will always keep this hotel at the top of the list when in the area!

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok - nothing special, would admit I liked the coffee there.

Enjoyed the stay, the shower needed a cleaning and maintenance. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean, public areas clean and welcoming. Very friendly staff!! Breakfast could use some more hot options but it is continental and did have pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausages. Staff was cleaning and restocking breakfast frequently. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great for the most part! Pool hours could be extended to be 21 up past 10 pm for the adults staying. Just a suggestion.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Great value for the price.
