Only thing is to remember to bring towels for the beach and few for valet parking is $25/day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was beautiful, room was dirty like toe nails everywhere, the sofa was dirty stained.first day we found no shampoo or conditioner or body wash and didn’t realize till we got in the shower, we called the front desk and the lady who came to drop shampoos and conditioner looked irritated. Breakfast was very good, staff in general were nice.

The check-in staff was great and friendly and we were able to do early check in. We had an oceanfront and corner view room which was amazing. Love all the amenities at the hotel. One take away would have to be that the beds felt kind of stiff so sleep was a little uncomfortable but other than that the room sizes were perfect for our family of 6 and we loved our view!!!

The hotel was good. The cleaning service could have been better. A lot of things that were not impressive such as the rooms were not cleaned properly, the elevators took forever to get up and down, and hallways were not vacuumed. The bartender in the pool area was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming.

Honestly this property blew me away with the kindness of the staff, they were very compassionate, the front desk staff Melanie was most helpful; she assisted my family with an early check in as soon as it was available as we traveled 5 hours driving to Myrtle Beach. This was my first time in Myrtle beach, my family enjoyed the pool and water slides, easy access to the beach and food that was available to order on the property. No complaints, if I could give 10 stars I would! Truly a gem hotel.

Wait times everywhere.for the lift for the breakfast and for getting the car. The valet girl was rude

We enjoyed everything! The breakfast was really good, and the water park was great for my daughters. They had a wonderful time! I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. I was not aware there was a parking fee until I arrived. I wish this had been clearly communicated beforehand so I could have planned for the additional cost.
